Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.車輪回転速度信号に基づいて前車軸と後車軸との間のブレーキ力分配を制 御するための制御装置と、少なくとも自動車車輪の回転速度信号に関するエラー を検出するエラー検出ユニットとを備えた自動車用ブレーキ装置において、 1つの前車輪および/または1つの後車輪の回転速度信号にエラーが存在する 場合、非常運転の範囲内で、エラーを有する回転速度信号を除外して前記ブレー キ力分配制御装置がそのまま実行されることを特徴とする自動車用ブレーキ装置 。 2.前車軸と後車軸との間のブレーキ力分配を制御するために最も速い前車輪 と最も遅い後車輪との間の差が形成され、後車軸のブレーキ圧力を調節するため に前記差が所定の目標値と比較されることを特徴とする請求項1のブレーキ装置 。 3.1つの前車輪回転速度センサがエラーの場合、機能している回転速度セン サが最も速い前車輪として使用されることを特徴とする請求項1または2の装置 。 4.前車輪回転速度センサが故障したときの制御のために、残りのすべての車 輪のうちで最も速い車輪が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1または2の装置 。 5.エラーの場合、値がより小さい差の目標値を選択することによりブレーキ 力分配制御装置の感度が上昇されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれ かの装置。 6.1つの後車輪回転速度センサがエラーの場合、エラーを有する回転速度信 号の代替信号として、走行速度基準信号または走行速度信号それ自身がセットさ れることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかの装置。 7.1つの後車輪回転速度信号がエラーの場合、ブレーキ過程の間に前車輪の 回転速度間の差が所定の目標値を超えたときに電子式ブレーキ力分配制御装置が 作動されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかの装置。 8.1つの後車輪回転速度信号がエラーの場合、差の実際値として両方の前車 輪の回転速度間の差が使用されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか の装置。
