Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.入口および出口を有するチャンバと、活性物質溜めとを包含する吸入装置に おいて、さらに、チャンバ内に真空を生じさせる真空手段と、真空を解除して、 溜め内の活性物質が真空解除時にチャンバ内に分散するように配置した弁手段と を包含する吸入装置。 2.請求項1記載の装置において、さらに、チャンバを活性物質溜めに接続し、 真空解除時に活性物質がチャンバ内に吸い込まれ、分散するようにした接続手段 を包含する装置。 3.請求項1または2記載の装置において、弁手段がヒンジ止めフラップを包含 し、このヒンジ止めフラップが、入口をシールするシール状態から活性物質がチ ャンバ内に吸い込まれる解放状態に移動できる装置。 4.請求項3記載の装置において、ヒンジ止めフラップが解放自在のキャッチに よってシール状態に保持される装置。 5.請求項4記載の装置において、ヒンジ止めフラップが解放状態へ片寄せられ ている装置。 6.請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の装置において、活性物質が粉末形態で ある装置。 7.請求項6記載の装置において、溜めが計量粉末分を投与するようになってい る装置。 8.請求項7記載の装置において、溜めが乾燥粉末吸入装置を包含する装置。 9.請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の装置において、接続手段が溜めのチャ ンバへの押込みばめ接続を可能にする装置。 10.請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の装置において、接続手段がほぼ気密の シールを形成するように溜めをチャンバへ接続する装置。 11.請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載の装置において、真空手段が相互にシ ール接続したチャンバ部分を包含し、これらのチャンバ部分が互いに対して移動 してチャンバ内に構成されたスペースの体積を増大させ、真空を発生させる装置 。 12.請求項11記載の装置において、ねじ手段がチャンバ部分に設けてあり、チ ャンバ部分を相対的に回転させることによってチャンバ内に構成されたスペース を増大する装置。 13.請求項4記載の装置または請求項4に従属する任意の請求の範囲に記載の装 置において、解放自在のキャッチがチャンバ内に配置したタング手段を包含し、 このタング手段がシール状態にあるヒンジ止めフラップの一部と係合できる装置 。 14.請求項13記載の装置において、ヒンジ止めフラップが接続手段に連結して あり、この接続手段が回転可能であり、接続手段を回転させたときに解放自在の キャッチが外れ、ヒンジ止めフラップが解放状態へ移動できるようになっている 装置。 15.吸入用の活性物質を分散させる方法であって、活性物質溜めを用意する段階 と、入口、出口を有するチャンバと、チャンバ内に真空を生じさせる段階と、弁 手段を操作して真空を解除し、溜め内の活性物質が真空解除時にチャンバ内に分 散されるようにする段階とを包含する方法。 16.請求項15記載の方法において、さらに、チャンバを活性物質溜めに接続し 、真空解除時に活性物質がチャンバ内へ吸い込まれ、分散されるようにする段階 を包含する方法。 17.請求項15または16に記載の方法において、活性物質が吸湿性薬剤である 方法。 18.請求項17記載の方法において、吸湿性薬剤が、クロモグリク酸ナト リウム、ネドクロミルナトリウム(nedocromil sodium)、サルブタモール、テ ルブタリンから選んだものである方法。
