Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. アクチュエータ・ロッドの長軸の周りに配設された複数の磁石組立体を有 するアクチュエータ・ロッドであって、前記複数の磁石組立体の各々は、前記長 軸に沿った交互に換わっている磁束を発生する、アクチュエータ・ロッドと、 支持構造体と、 当該支持構造体に固定され且つ前記長軸の周りに配設された複数のステータ巻 線組立体であって、各ステータ巻線は、前記複数の磁石組立体の一つの部分と前 記長軸とに面する磁極を有する、複数のステータ巻線組立体と を備える電磁アクチュエータ。 2. 少なくとも1つのステータ巻線が前記長軸に沿って他のステータ巻線に対 してジグザグに配置されている請求項1記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 3. 各磁石組立体が複数の磁石を備える請求項1記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 4. 各磁石が、前記アクチュエータ・ロッド内で且つ外側表面より下に配設さ れている請求項3記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 5. 前記外側表面が各磁石を覆っている請求項4記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 6. 前記アクチュエータ・ロッドは、前記長軸に沿って一緒に固定可能である 複数の小区分を備える請求項5記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 7. 少なくとも1つの磁石の各部分が各小区分内に配設されている請求項6記 載の電磁アクチュエータ。 8. 各小区分が複数の積層材を備える請求項7記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 9. 各ステータ巻線は、対応する巻線の離間した凹部ワイヤを有する支持コア を含む請求項1記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 10. 各支持コアは、各コア積層材が離間した凹部を有する複数のコア積層材 を備える請求項9記載の電磁アクチュエータ。 11. 各支持コアが当該支持コアに結合された磁極構造体を含み、当該磁極構 造体は前記磁石組立体に面する表面を有する請求項10記載の電磁アクチュエー タ。 12. 各磁極構造体が複数の磁極積層材を含む請求項11記載の電磁アクチュ エータ。 13. 前記アクチュエータ・ロッドが複数のロッド積層材を含み、各ステータ 巻線組立体が前記アクチュエータ・ロッドに面する磁極構造体を含み、当該磁極 構造体が前記ロッド積層材から分離可能な複数の磁極積層材を備える請求項1記 載の電磁アクチュエータ。 14. ステータ巻線に対して可動のアクチュエータ・ロッドを有する電磁アク チュエータであって前記アクチュエータ・ロッドが磁極組立体を有する当該電磁 アクチュエータを構成する方法において、 複数の積層材を設けるステップと、 当該複数の積層材から複数の磁極積層材及び複数のロッド積層材を形成するス テップと、 前記ロッド積層材を一緒に固定して前記アクチュエータ・ロッドを形成するス テップと、 前記複数の磁極積層材を一緒に固定して、前記アクチュエータ・ロッドに面す る表面を有する磁極面をステータ巻線上に形成するステップと を備える方法。 15. ロッド積層材を一緒に固定する前記のステップは、一緒に固定されたロ ッド積層材の複数の小区分を形成するステップと、次いで当該複数の小区分を一 緒に固定して前記アクチュエータ・ロッドを形成するステップとを含む請求項1 4記載の方法。
