Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 多くとも100nmの粒度を持つアナターゼ型二酸化チタン粒子であって 、これらの粒子が少なくとも1種の金属酸化物、水酸化物又はオキシ水酸化物の 層で少なくとも部分的に被覆されていること及びこれらの粒子が少なくとも70 m2/gのBET比表面積及び2.2程度の相対密度を示すことを特徴とする、 アナターゼ型二酸化チタン粒子。 2. 金属酸化物、水酸化物又はオキシ水酸化物対二酸化チタンの重量比が多く とも60重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の粒子。 3. シリカの層及び(又は)単一の若しくは混合体の酸化、水酸化若しくはオ キシ水酸化アルミニウムの層で少なくとも部分的に被覆されていることを特徴と する、請求項1又は2に記載の粒子。 4. 二酸化チタンに関して重量で15%のSiO2及び5%のAl2O3の含有 量でシリカ及び酸化、水酸化若しくはオキシ水酸化アルミニウムの層で被覆され ていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の粒子。 5. 分散体として提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記 載の粒子。 6. 液層中の粒子の分散指数が多くとも0.5であることを特徴とする、請求 項5に記載の粒子。 7. 分散体の液層が水性であることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6記載の粒子 。 8. 分散体が多くとも3mジーメンスの導電率を示すことを特徴とする、請求 項7に記載の粒子。 9. 分散体の固形分が少なくとも35重量%であること及び該分散体の粘度が 多くとも1000mPa・sであることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか に記載の粒子。 10. 凝集され、粉末として提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のい ずれかに記載の粒子。 11. 少なくとも200m2/gのBET比表面積及び2.5程度の相対密度 を示す多くとも100nmの粒度を持つアナターゼ型二酸化チタン粒子の表面に 少なくとも1種の金属酸化物、水酸化物又はオキシ水酸化物を沈殿させることを 特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の粒子の製造法。 12. 少なくとも1種のチタン化合物Aを、 (i)次のいずれか: ・カルボキシル基と少なくとも2個のヒドロキシル及び(又は)アミン基か ・或いは少なくとも2個のカルボキシル基と少なくとも1個のヒドロキシル及 び(又は)アミン基 を示す酸、 (ii)次式 (ここで、n及びmは1〜6の整数であり、pは0〜5の整数であり、またR1 、R2及びR3は同一であっても異なっていてもよくヒドロキシル、アミノ、アラ ルキル、アリール若しくはアルキル基又は水素を表す) の有機の燐の酸、 (iii)酸性媒体中で硫酸イオンを放出できる化合物、 (iv)上記の酸の塩 から選択される少なくとも1種の化合物Bの存在下に並びに多くとも5nmの粒 度を示すアナターゼ型二酸化チタン種結晶の存在下に及び0.01〜3%の種結 晶中に存在する(TiO2で表して)/加水分解媒体中に種結晶の導入前に存在 するチタン(TiO2で表して)重量比で加水分解することによって得られる二 酸化チタン粒子の表面に、少なくとも1種の金属酸化物、水酸化物又はオキシ水 酸化物を沈殿させることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の製造法。 13. チタン化合物Aがオキシ塩化チタンであることを特徴とする、請求項1 2に記載の製造法。 14. 化合物Bがくえん酸であることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13記載 の製造法。 15. 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の粒子からなる紫外線防止剤。 16. 化粧品、塗料処方物及びプラスチック用の請求項15に記載の紫外線防 止剤。 17. 紫外線防止性化粧品組成物であって、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載 の二酸化チタン粒子を、該組成物中の二酸化チタンの含有量が少なくとも1%、 好ましくは多くとも25重量%であるような量で含むことを特徴とする、紫外線 防止性化粧品組成物。
