Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.第1の表面に開口し、内部の端壁および側壁によって規定された空洞を備 えたヘッダと、 第1の支持端および第2の支持端を有し、前記第1の支持端が前記空洞内の前 記内部の端壁に結合された支持体と、 圧力センサを支持する第1の台座端面、および第2の支持端に結合された第2 の台座端面を有する台座と、 第2の台座端面を第2の支持端に整列させるための整列手段とを具備した、圧 力送信機内の圧力センサのためのマウント組立体。 2.前記整列手段が第2の支持端から延び出した整列ボス、および前記台座に 形成され、前記第2の台座端に開いている開口を具備した請求項1に記載のマウ ント組立体。 3.開口が第1の台座端面から第2の台座端面まで延びている台座通路を含み 、整列ボスが第1の支持端に開口し、かつ台座通路と流体的に連通しているボア を含む請求項2に記載のマウント組立体。 4.センサ空洞は円筒形であり、前記第2の台座端および第2の支持端が円形 である請求項3に記載のマウント組立体。 5.第2の台座端面の直径が第2の支持端の直径に等しい請求項4に記載のマ ウント組立体。 6.前記第2の支持端は突出部を含み、前記ヘッダは前記突出部を受け入れる ように前記端壁に開口している凹所を含む請求項2のマウント組立体。 7.突出部の側壁を前記凹部の側壁に結合する結合材をさらに含む請求項6に 記載のマウント組立体。 8.前記支持体の外表面が、前記支持体の外表面に対向する前記空洞の内方側 壁の対応部分のそれと一致する請求項1に記載のマウント組立体。 9.前記台座の外表面が、前記台座の外表面に対向する前記空洞の内方側壁の 対応部分のそれと一致する請求項8に記載のマウント組立体。 10.第1の表面に開口し、内部の端壁および側壁によって規定された空洞を 備えたヘッダと、 第1の支持端および第2の支持端を有し、前記第1の支持端が前記空洞内の前 記内部の端壁に結合された支持体であって、その外表面が、前記支持体の外表面 に対向する前記空洞の内方側壁の対応部分のそれと一致する支持体と、 圧力センサを支持する第1の台座端面、および第2の支持端に結合された第2 の台座端面を有する台座とを具備した、圧力送信機内の圧力センサのためのマウ ント組立体。 11.前記台座の外表面が、前記台座の外表面に対向する前記空洞の内方側壁 の対応部分のそれと一致する請求項10に記載のマウント組立体。 12.前記第2の台座端面を前記支持体の第2端に整列させる整列手段を更に 具備した請求項10に記載のマウント組立体。 13.圧力センサをセンサ空洞内に支持するために使用される圧力送信機の支 持体であって、突出部を有する前記支持体を、前記突出部を受け入れるような寸 法の開口を備えた圧力送信機の支持表面に結合する方法であって、 支持表面と前記支持体の対向表面との間に、前記支持表面と前記支持体の対向 表面との間の距離よりも小さい幅の、溶融可能な予備形成層を配置する段階と、 前記溶融可能な予備形成層を加熱して溶融させ、溶融された予備形成層が前記 開口内へ流入するようにする段階とを具備した方法。 14.前記支持体は、溶融可能な材料で支持表面から遠い側にある端面で台座 に結合されることができ、前記加熱段階は、前記溶融可能な予備形成層を溶かし ている間中、前記溶融可能な材料を溶かすことを含む請求項13に記載の方法。
