Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.a)基本培地アクセスポート(90)および開口部を有する容器、 b)選ばれたサイズの化合物に対して選択的に透過性であり且つ前記開口部に わたって横切って配置されている上側の膜(20)、ここで、前記容器および前 記上側の膜(20)は一緒に基本培地コンパートメント(30)を画定している 、 c)前記上側の膜(20)の下方に配置された気体透過性フィルム(120) 、ここで、前記上側の膜(20)とともに、細胞培養コンパートメント(40) を画定している、 d)前記細胞培養コンパートメント(40)の内側とその外側の間のアクセス 手段、ここで、培養細胞が細胞培養コンパートメント(40)中に導入され、そ してそこから取り出されることができる、および、 e)前記気体透過性フィルム(120)の下方にあり、且つ、それと部分的に 接触している気体フィルム支持体(130)、ここで、前記気体透過性フィルム (120)の少なくとも一部分は実質的に平行の位置に保持されており、それに より、前記気体透過性フィルム(120)の水平部分にわたって細胞が分布し、 そして気体が前記気体透過性フィルム(120)の下側に接触することができる 、 を含む、自給式の細胞培養装置。 2.前記上側の膜(20)の表面積が前記気体透過性フィルム(120)の表 面積の少なくとも1/4である、請求項1記載の装置。 3.前記気体透過性フィルムの実質的に水平な部分と前記上側の シートとの間の平均距離が約5ミリメートル未満である、請求項1記載の装置。 4.周囲環境に気体連絡して開いている前記気体フィルム支持体(130)の 最小の断面積が気体と接触している前記気体透過性フィルム(120)の下側の 合計の表面積より小さい、請求項1記載の装置。 5.前記気体透過性フィルムが前記細胞培養コンパートメント(40)中に突 き出しているセクションを含む、請求項1記載の装置。 6.前記基本培地コンパートメント(30)が気体透過性である壁を含む、請 求項1記載の装置。 7.前記基本培地コンパートメント(30)が可撓性である壁を含む、請求項 1記載の装置。 8.(e)前記気体透過性フィルム(120)の下方の空間と前記基本培地コ ンパートメント(30)の内部の上方の空間とを連絡する気体交換コンパートメ ントを含む、請求項1記載の装置。 9.前記気体透過性フィルム(120)が前記細胞培養コンパートメント(4 0)の中に突き出しているセクションを含む、請求項8記載の装置。 10.前記気体交換コンパートメントが基本培地がそこに入ることを防止して いる、請求項8記載の装置。 11.前記気体交換コンパートメントのためのアクセスポートを含み、ここで 、凝縮物が除去されることができ、そして前記基本培地コンパートメント(30 )の気体以外の気体が前記気体透過性フィルム(120)の下側と連絡すること ができる、請求項8記載の装置。 12.前記基本培地コンパートメント(30)が気体透過性であ る壁を含む、請求項8記載の装置。 13.前記基本培地コンパートメント(30)が可撓性である壁を含む、請求 項8記載の装置。 14.i)第一の前記気体透過性フィルム(120)の下方に水平位置に配置 された第二の気体透過性フィルム(200)、 ii)前記第二の気体透過性フィルム(200)から第一の前記気体透過性フ ィルム(120)を分離し、流体を閉じ込めるように調節された可変酸素制御コ ンパートメント(190)を形成するための手段、および、 iii)気体輸送速度を制御するために液体が加えられ、または除去されるこ とができる、前記可変酸素制御コンパートメントへのアクセスポート、 を含む、請求項1記載の自給式の細胞培養装置。 15.第一の前記気体透過性フィルム(120)が前記細胞培養コンパートメ ント(40)中に突き出しているセクションを含む、請求項14記載の装置。 16.前記基本培地コンパートメント(30)が気体透過性である壁を含む、 請求項14記載の装置。 17.前記基本培地コンパートメント(30)が可撓性である壁を含む、請求 項14記載の装置。 18.請求項1記載の装置中において細胞を培養するための方法であって、 a)基本培地コンパートメント中に基本培地(60)を導入すること、 b)前記細胞培養コンパートメント(40)中に細胞および細胞培地(30) を導入すること、および、 c)前記細胞培養コンパートメント(40)を予め決められた温 度に維持すること、ここで、細胞は前記気体透過性フィルム(120)の上側の 表面上で繁殖し、そして前記細胞培養コンパートメント(40)中で発生した気 体が前記気体透過性フィルム(120)を通って通過する、 を含む方法。 19.前記装置ための支持体から前記気体透過性フィルム(120)を確実に 離して空間を開け、それにより、前記気体透過性フィルム(120)の下方に気 体の空間を提供することを含む、請求項18記載の方法。 20.請求項14記載の装置中で細胞を培養するための方法であって、 a)基本培地(60)を前記基本培地コンパートメント(30)中に導入する こと、 b)前記細胞培養コンパートメント(40)中に細胞および細胞培地(50) を導入すること、 c)前記可変酸素制御コンパートメント(190)中に液体を導入すること、 および、 d)前記細胞培養コンパートメント(40)を予め決められた温度に維持する こと、 を含む方法。 21.前記可変酸素制御コンパートメント(190)が前記基本培地コンパー トメント(30)と連絡されている、請求項20記載の方法であって、 基本培地を前記酸素制御コンパートメント(190)中に導入することの更な る工程を含む、方法。
