Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 請求項1.コーキングドラムからの塔頂蒸気をコーカー精留塔へ供給し、そこで 該蒸気を塔頂蒸気流と、中間液体流と、実質量の粒子状固体物質を含有するフラ ッシュゾーン軽油流とに分離するディレードコーキング法において、 (a)該フラッシュゾーン軽油流をろ過工程に供してその中の粒子状固体物 質の量を減少させ、および (b)工程(a)からのろ過されたフラッシュゾーン軽油流を固定床接触水素 化処理ユニットへ通す ことを包含する改良。 請求項2.該ろ過工程が、25ミクロンより大きな粒子サイズを有する粒子状固 体物質の実質的に全てを除去する請求項1記載のディレードコーキング法。 請求項3.該接触水素化処理ユニットが、水素化分解装置である請求項1記載の ディレードコーキング法。 請求項4.該接触水素化処理ユニットが、水素化脱硫装置である請求項1記載の ディレードコーキング法。 請求項5.該水素化脱硫装置からの水素化脱硫されたフラッシュゾーン軽油をF CC装置に供給する請求項4記載のディレードコーキング法。 請求項6.該ろ過工程が、エッチングされた金属ディスクの堆積物から構成され るフィルター部材を通すろ過を含む請求項1記載のディレードコーキング法。 請求項7.該ろ過部材を周期的にバックフラッシュする請求項6記載のディレー ドコーキング法。 請求項8.複数のろ過部材を利用し、該部材を、少なくとも1つのろ過部材が該 フラッシュゾーン軽油から固体を除去するために流れに対して常に利用し得るよ うに順次バックフラッシュする請求項7記載のディレードコーキング法。
