かきをして菌糸層を除いた後、水道水20mlを添加して充
分に吸水させた。4時間放置後、上部に残った水を取り
除いて、温度15℃、湿度95%、照度20ルックスの条件下
で、4日間培養して子実体原基を形成させ、さらに照度
を200ルックスに上げて、10日間培養を続け、エトリン
ガイトの重量比が子実体収量におよぼす影響について検
討した。結果を第1表に併記する。
