Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.癲癇、卒中、および脳または脊髄外傷の処置に使用するための、遊離塩基 形または酸付加塩形である、芳香環上にフェニル置換基を有する、1,2,3,4-テト ラヒドロ-2-ナフタレンアミン。 2.遊離塩基形または酸付加塩形である、式I [式中、 R1およびR2は、独立して水素、(C1-4)アルキル、(C1-4)アルコキシ、(C1-4 )アルキルチオ、ハロゲン、トリフルオロメチル、トリフルオロメトキシ、シア ノ、(C2-5)アルカノイル、(C1-4)アルキルスルホニルまたはスルファモイルで あり、 R3は、水素、ヒドロキシ、(C1-4)アルキル、(C1-4)アルコキシ、ハロゲン、 シアノ、(C2-5)アルカノイル、カルバモイル、(C1-4)アルキルスルホニルオキ シまたはトリフルオロメチルスルホニルオキシであり、および R4およびR5は、独立して、水素、(C1-4)アルキル、ヒドロキシ(C2-4)アルキ ルまたはフェニル(C1-4)アルキルであるか、またはそれらが結合している窒素 原子と共にピロリジニル、ピペリジノまたはピペラジニル基を形成する] で示される化合物。 3.R1およびR2は、独立して、水素、(C1-4)アルキル、(C1-4)アルコキシ 、ハロゲン、トリフルオロメチル、シアノ、(C2-5)アルカノイルまたは(C1-4) アルキルチオであり、 R3は、水素、ヒドロキシ、(C1-4)アルキル、(C1-4)アルコキシ、ハロゲン、 シアノ、(C2-5)アルカノイル、カルバモイル、(C1-4)アルキルスルホニルオキ シまたはトリフルオロメチルスルホニルオキシであり、および R4およびR5は、独立して、水素、(C1-4)アルキルまたはフェニル(C1-4)アル キルであるか、またはそれらが結合している窒素原子と共にピロリジニル、ピペ リジノまたはピペラジニル基を形成する、遊離塩基形または酸付加形である、請 求項2に記載の化合物。 (Meはメチルであり、Etはエチルであり、Prはプロピルである) である、光学活性形またはラセミ形で、遊離塩基形または酸付加塩形である、式 Iで示される化合物から選択された請求項2に記載の化合物。 5.遊離塩基形または酸付加塩形である、(R)-1,2,3,4-テトラヒドロ-8-メト キシ-N,N-ジメチル-5-[4-(トリフルオロメチル)フェニル]-2-ナフタレンアミン である、請求項2に記載の化合物。 6.式II [式中、 R3、R4およびR5は、請求項2で定義した通りであり、Halはハロゲンである] で示される化合物を、式III [式中、 R1およびR2は請求項2で定義した通りである] で示される化合物と反応させ、得られた化合物を遊離塩基形または酸付加塩形で 得る、遊離塩基形または酸付加塩形である、請求項2で定義した式Iで示される 化合物の製造法。 7.医薬品として使用するための、遊離塩基形または医薬的に許容可能な酸付 加塩形である、請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の化合物。 8.癲癇、卒中、および脳または脊髄外傷の処置に使用するための、遊離塩基 形または酸付加塩形である、請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の化合物。 9.医薬的担体または希釈剤と組み合わせて、遊離塩基形または医薬的に許容 可能な酸付加塩形である、請求項2〜5のいずれかに記載の化合物を含む、医薬 組成物。 10.癲癇、卒中、および脳または脊髄外傷の処置用医薬品の製造のための、遊 離塩基形または医薬的に許容可能な酸付加塩形である、請求項1〜5のいずれか に記載の化合物の使用。 11.遊離塩基形または医薬的に許容可能な酸付加塩形である、請求項1〜5の いずれかに記載の化合物の薬剤の治療有効量を患者に投与することを含む、処置 を必要とする患者における、癲癇、卒中、および脳または脊髄外傷の処置法。
