Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.銅化合物と、亜鉛化合物と、アルミニウム、ジルコニウム、マグネシウム、 希土類およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも一種の化合物と を含む触媒であって、これらの化合物を200℃以上400℃以下の温度で焼成 することにより得られる該触媒。 2.前記焼成の先立ち、これらの化合物を20〜100℃の温度、および5.5 〜7.5のpHで沈殿させる、請求項1に記載の触媒。 3.前記触媒が、これらの化合物を250℃〜350℃の温度で焼成する、請求 項1または2に記載の触媒。 4.前記触媒が、触媒の合計重量に基づき10〜80重量%の範囲の銅(酸化物 として換算)を含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の触媒。 5.前記触媒が、触媒の合計重量に基づき10〜80重量%の範囲の亜鉛(酸化 物として換算)を含有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の触媒。 6.前記触媒が、少なくとも一種の希土類化合物を含有する、請求項1〜5のい ずれか1項に記載の触媒。 7.前記触媒が、触媒の合計重量に基づき0.1〜20重量%の範囲の希土類( 酸化物として換算)を含有する、請求項6に記載の触媒。 8.請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の触媒の存在下、主として液相の直接水 素添加条件で、一種またはそれ以上のカルボン酸エステルを水素と接触させて反 応させることからなる、カルボン酸エステルの直接水素添加方法。 9.前記カルボン酸エステルが、洗浄剤級メチルエステル、トリグリセリルド、 またはワックスエステルである、請求項8に記載の方法。 10.前記方法が、170〜250℃の範囲の温度、および20.7〜138ゲ ージバールにて行われる、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
