Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. シリカまたはシリカとゼオライトめ混合物を含む抗ブロッキング剤であ って、二頂孔サイズ分布を示すことを特徴とする抗ブロッキング剤。 2. 該二頂孔サイズ分布の第一最大値が<5nmの孔サイズ範囲内にありそ して該二頂孔サイズ分布の第二最大値が>6nmの孔サイズ範囲内にある請求の 範囲第1項記載の抗ブロッキング剤。 3. 異なる細孔容積を有する2種の抗ブロッキング剤を8:2から2:8の 重量比で含む混合物から成る請求の範囲第1または2項記載の抗ブロッキング剤 。 4. 該2種の抗ブロッキング剤が非晶質シリカゲルを含み、これの1つが0 .9から1.9mL/gの細孔容積および250から500m2/gの表面積、 従って7.2から30.4nmの平均孔直径を有し、そしてもう1つが0.3か ら0.6mL/gの細孔容積および500から900m2/gの表面積、従って 1.3から4.8nmの平均孔直径を有する請求の範囲第3項記載の抗ブロッキ ング剤。 5. 請求の範囲第1から4項記載の抗ブロッキング剤を製造する方法であっ て、特定の孔サイズを有するシリカとそれとは異なる孔サイズを有するシリカお よび/またはゼオライトを含む混合物を微粉化することを特徴とする方法。 6. 微粉化して粒子サイズを1から10μmにする目的でジェットミルを用 いることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項記載の方法。 7. 請求の範囲第1から4項の1項記載の抗ブロッキング剤の使用であって 、抗ブロッキング剤とスリップ剤の組み合わせとしてスリップ 剤と一緒に用いる使用。 8. 該抗ブロッキング剤とスリップ剤の組み合わせに1種以上の不飽和C18 −C22脂肪酸アミドを20から80重量%および請求の範囲第1から4項の1項 記載の抗ブロッキング剤を80から20重量%含める請求の範囲第7項記載の使 用。 9. 該抗ブロッキング剤とスリップ剤の組み合わせをポリマーに混合してマ スターバッチの形態で存在させる請求の範囲第7または8項記載の使用。 10. 該マスターバッチにポリオレフィンを含めそして該抗ブロッキング剤 とスリップ剤の組み合わせを10から50重量%含める請求の範囲第9項記載の 使用。
