Description
C10〜C40の炭素原子を含む高級エーテルでも良い。
平均細孔直径30nmの疎水性シリカゲル100部に対し、有機化合物としてn−ドデカン30重量部を浸漬・添着し、その後乾燥機で200℃、1h乾燥し、目的とする吸収材1を得た。吸収材1の200℃での揮発分は2.2%、900℃での揮発分は19.6%であった。吸収材1の25℃での100%ブタン飽和吸着量は50.5g/mLであった。この吸収材1の25℃でのn−ブタン吸着等温線の結果を図1に示す。
平均細孔直径30nmの疎水性シリカゲル100部に対し、有機化合物としてリノレイン酸30重量部を浸漬・添着し、その後乾燥機で200℃、1h乾燥し、目的とする吸収材2を得た。吸収材2の200℃での揮発分は0.6%、900℃での揮発分は15.3%であった。吸収材2の25℃での100%ブタン飽和吸着量は50.6g/mLであった。この吸収材2の25℃でのn−ブタン吸着等温線の結果を図1に示す。
実施例1及び2で使用したシリカゲル単体の25℃での100%ブタン飽和吸着量は11.3g/mLであった。このシリカゲル単体の200℃での揮発分は0.3%、900℃での揮発分は0.8%であった。このシリカゲル単体の25℃での吸着等温線の結果を図1に示す。また、このシリカゲル単体のN2細孔分布を図2に示す。
25℃でのn−ブタン吸着等温線及び100%ブタン飽和吸着量の評価方法は以下の通りである。
1.内径14.6mmφのカラムに吸収材10mLを充填し、25℃の水槽に漬ける。
2.任意の濃度になるように、ブタンとN2のバランスを調整し、全体で流速480ml/minになるように、カラムに流し、吸着させる。
3.任意の時間でカラムを取り出し、増加量を測定し、恒量になるまで吸着させる。
4.各ブタン濃度で2〜3の作業を繰り返し、各ブタン濃度での飽和吸着量を求める。
「100%ブタン飽和吸着量」とは、上記試験にてブタン濃度100%の時の吸着量である。
Claims (3)
- 平均細孔直径10〜200nmを有する多孔質材料に10wt%以上のn−ドデカンまたはリノレイン酸を添着させ、次いで200℃で乾燥させて得られることを特徴とする低分子有機ガス吸収材。
- 窒素雰囲気下200℃での吸収材の揮発分が3wt%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の低分子有機ガス吸収材。
- 請求項1または2に記載の低分子有機ガス吸収材を用いた内燃機関用の燃料蒸気処理装置。
