Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.廃棄物を焼却し必要に応じ後焼却を行い、電気的および/または機械的エ ネルギーを生産するために低温において煙道ガスから熱を回収し、煙道ガス中の 粒状物質の濃度を減少させる工程を含む熱回収部の上手において酸性ガスおよび 粒状物質を除去する廃棄物焼却法において、熱回収部から流れ出る低温の煙道ガ スを循環させ、これを該焼却により得られる高温の煙道ガスと混合することによ り該温度の低下および粒状物質の濃度の減少を行うことを特徴とする方法。 2.熱の回収を行う前に、互いに混合された低温および高温の該煙道ガスから 該煙道ガスによって運ばれる粒状物質を分離することを特徴とする請求項1記載 の方法。 3.該低温の煙道ガスを該高温の煙道ガスと混合する前に、該低温の煙道ガス の脱酸を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 4.循環させた低温の煙道ガスと混合された焼却によって得られる高温の煙道 ガスを、アルカリ試薬と反応させることにより酸性ガスおよび粒状物質の放出の 低下をさらに増強させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 5.大気と連絡した放出ダクトへと向かっている煙道ガスから少量の煙道ガス を分離してこれをアルカリ試薬の担体として使用し、この際該煙道ガスは予め濾 過されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。 6.該アルカリ試薬はナトリウム化合物であることを特徴とする請求項4およ び5記載の方法。 7.該アルカリ試薬は炭酸ナトリウムまたは重炭酸ナトリウムであることを特 徴とする請求項6記載の方法。 8.該アルカリ試薬は粉末であることを特徴とする請求項4〜7記載の方法。 9.該アルカリ試薬は溶液であることを特徴とする請求項4〜7記載の方法。 10.該アルカリ試薬は懸濁液に懸濁されていることを特徴とする請求項4〜 7記載の方法。 11.酸性ガスおよび粒状物質の放出を低下させる施設と組み合わされ、水蒸 気タービン交流発電機(11)が付属している廃棄物焼却機において、炉(2) および必要に応じ後焼却室(6)を含む焼却機、熱回収ボイラー(7)、該ボイ ラーを熱源とする水蒸気タービン交流発電機(11)、および酸性ガスおよび粒 状物質の放出を減少させる施設を含み、該酸性ガスおよび粒状物質の放出を減少 させる施設は焼却機自身(2,6)と該ボイラー(7)との間に取り付けられて おり、且つ − ボイラー(7)の上手に配置された焼却機自身から流れ出る煙道ガスの中 和反応器(12)、 − 該ボイラー(7)から流れ出る煙道ガスの主要部分(FR)を該反応器( 12)へ運ぶ循環用のファン(13)、 − アルカリ試薬を含む容器(14)、 − 該アルカリ試薬の計量装置(17)、 − 該循環用の反応器(12)の内部にアルカリ試薬を担持するガスを吹き込 む送風装置(15)、 − 該ボイラー(7)の上手に取り付けられ、中和反応器(12)から流れ出 る煙道ガスから粒状物質を分離する分離装置(20)を含んでいることを特徴と する廃棄物焼却機。 12.該ボイラー(7)の下手に取り付けられた煙道ガスの脱酸装置(21) をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項11記載の焼却機。 13.該循環用のファン(13)の上手に弁(18)が取り付けられ、この弁 は該反応器(12)の下手に配置された温度調節器(19)ににより調節される ことを特徴とする請求項11記載の焼却機。 14.該吹き込み装置(15)の上手にバグフィルター(8)が取り付けられ ていることを特徴とする請求項11記載の焼却機。 15.該反応器(12)の下手に、酸性ガスの濃度を測定し該アルカリ試薬計 量装置(17)を制御する酸性ガス濃度センサーが取り付けられていることを特 徴とする請求項11記載の焼却機。 16.アルカリ試薬の該容器(14)は粉末物質用の貯蔵瓶であることを特徴 とする請求項11記載の焼却機。 17.アルカリ試薬の該容器(14)は溶液または懸濁液用の貯蔵タンクであ ることを特徴とする請求項11記載の焼却機。
