Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ウインドガラス(5)、特に自動車のフロントウインドガラスにおける異 物、特に雨滴を光学的に検知するためのセンサ(1)であって、送信器(10) と受信器(11)とが設けられていて、該送信器と受信器とがウインドガラスの 内面に結合されていて、送信器と受信器との間の測定区間の範囲でウインドガラ スの外面に存在する異物を検知する形式のものにおいて、センサ(1)が、外側 のハウジング部分(2)と、内側のハウジング部分(3)と、固定装置(4)と を有しており、該固定装置(4)が、ウインドガラス(5)に接着固定されてお り、センサの主要構成部分が内側のハウジング部分(3)によって保持されてお り、内側のハウジング部分(3)が、外側のハウジング部分(2)に作用するば ね力によってウインドガラス(5)に押圧されるようになっており、外側のハウ ジング部分(2)に固定手段(6)が設けられており、該固定手段(6)が、セ ンサ(1)をウインドガラス(5)に着脱可能に固定するために前記固定装置( 4)と係合可能であることを特徴とする、ウインドガラスにおける異物を光学的 に検知するためのセンサ。 2.前記固定装置(4)が、ウインドガラス(5)に接着された、有利には2 つの保持ベース(41)から成っている、請求項1記載のセンサ。 3.前記保持ベース(41)が、ウインドガラス(5)から間隔を置いて配置 された、有利には円筒状の保持ピン(42)を有している、請求項2記載のセン サ。 4.前記固定手段が、有利には2つのスライダ(6)から成っており、該スラ イダ(6)が、対応して形成された抑え手段(61,62)、特に斜めの平面に 配置されたスリットを備えており、前記スライダ(6)が、外側のハウジング部 分(2)に設けられていて、摺動可能に案内されており、しかも前記固定装置( 4)に設けられた、対応して形成された部分(42)にロックするように押込み 可能である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。 5.内側のハウジング部分(3)に2つのシリコーンクッション(7)が挿入 可能であり、該シリコーンクッション(7)が、送信器(10)と受信器(11 )との間でウインドガラス(5)への結合を生ぜしめて、内側のハウジング部分 (3)に作用するばね力によってウインドガラス(5)に押圧可能である、請求 項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。 6.内側のハウジング部分(3)に2つのプリズム部分(8)が押し込み可能 であり、該プリズム部分(8)が、それぞれ送信器(10)と受信器(11)と の間で光路の案内を行う、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。 7.内側のハウジング部分(3)に送信器(10)と受信器(11)とが押し 込み可能である、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。 8.内側のハウジング部分(3)に加熱装置(12)が挿入可能であり、該加 熱装置(12)が、送信器入力結合部(71)と受信器出力結合部(72)との 間の測定区間(111)の範囲でウインドガラス(5)を加熱する、請求項1か ら7までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。 9.内側のハウジング部分(3)に、少なくとも1つの電子装置ボード(9) が固定可能である、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。 10.前記電子装置ボード(9)に送信器(10)と受信器(11)と加熱装 置(12)とが固定されていて、一緒になって内側のハウジング部分(3)に挿 入可能である、請求項5から9までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。 11.前記電子装置ボード(9)に、フレキシブルな結合部(92)によって 第2の電子装置ボード(91)が平行に取り付けられており、該第2の電子装置 ボード(91)に、有利にはセンサ(1)のための接続コネクタ(93)も配置 されている、請求項9または10記載のセンサ。 12.外側のハウジング部分(2)に、係止キー(23)を備えたポケット( 22)が設けられており、 該ポケット(22)に各1つのばね(24)がロックするように挿入可能であり 、該ばね(24)に設けられた押圧面(29)が、内側のハウジング部分(3) に設けられた面(39)に載設されて、前記ばね(24)が内側のハウジング部 分(3)をウインドガラス(5)に向かって前押圧している、請求項1から11 までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。 13.外側のハウジング部分(2)に、全周にわたって延びるシール部材(2 06)が設けられており、該シール部材(206)が、ウインドガラス(5)に 載設されて、センサ(1)の内部を外部に対してシールしている、請求項1から 12までのいずれか1項記載のセンサ。
