Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)少なくとも2個のカルボキシル基を有する化合物; (b)少なくとも2個のエポキシ基を有する化合物;及び (c)樹脂固形分の合計100重量部に対して0.01〜3.0重量部のオニウム塩; を含有する液体塗料組成物。 2.前記少なくとも2個のカルボキシル基を有する化合物(a)が、酸価30〜300 mgKOH/g solid、及び数平均分子量500〜50000のカルボキシル基を有するポリマ ー(a")である請求項1記載の塗料組成物。 3.前記カルボキシル基を有するポリマー(a")が、カルボキシル基を有するア クリル系ポリマー(a"1)及びカルボキシル基を有するポリエステル系ポリマー(a" 2)からなる群から選択され、ポリマー(a")が全樹脂固形分に対し10〜80重量%の 量で含まれる請求項2記載の塗料組成物。 4.前記カルボキシル基を有するアクリル系ポリマー(a"1)が、カルボキシル 基を有するモノマー(a"1)(1)3.5〜90重量%と(a"1)(1)以外のモノマー(a"1)(4)9 6.5〜10重量%とを共重合することにより調製される請求項3記載の塗料組成物 。 5.前記カルボキシル基を有するモノマー(a"1)(1)が末端カルボキシル基を有 する長鎖のモノマー(a"1)(1')である請求項4記載の塗料組成物。 6.前記カルボキシル基を有するアクリル系ポリマー(a"1)が、カルボキシル 基を有するモノマー(a"1)(1)5〜90重量%と水酸基を有するモノマー(a"1)(2)95 〜10重量%と(a"1)(1)及び(a"1)(2)以外のモノマー(a"1)(6)0〜60重量%とを共 重合することにより得られる請求項5記載の塗料組成物。 7.前記カルボキシル基を有するモノマー(a"1)(1)が末端カルボキシル基を有 する長鎖のモノマー(a"1)(1')であり、前記水酸基を有するモノマー(a"1)(2)が 末端水酸基を有する長鎖のモノマー(a"1)(2')である請求項6記載の塗料組成物 。 8.前記カルボキシル基を有するモノマー(a"1)(1)が、酸無水物基を有するモ ノマー(a"1)(3)とモノアルコールとを、酸無水物基と水酸基とがモル比で1/10〜 1/1となる割合の量で、ハーフエステル化反応させることによって得られる請求 項4記載の塗料組成物。 9.前記カルボキシル基を有するアクリル系ポリマー(a"1)が、酸無水物基を 有するモノマー(a"1)(3)10〜40重量%と(a"1)(3)以外のモノマー(a"1)(5)60〜85 重量%とを共重合することにより得られる酸無水物基を有するポリマーと、モノ アルコールとを、酸無水物基と水酸基とがモル比で1/10〜1/1となる割合の量で 、ハーフエステル化反応させることによって得られる請求項3記載の塗料組成物 。 10.前記カルボキシル基を有するアクリル系ポリマー(a"1)が、カルボキシル 基を有するモノマー(a"1)(1)3.5〜45重量%と酸無水物基を有するモノマー(a"1) (3)10〜40重量%と(a"1)(1)及び(a"1)(3)以外のモノマー(a"1)(7)残量とを共重 合することにより得られる酸無水物基を有するポリマーと、モノアルコールとを 、酸無水物基と水酸基とがモル比で1/10〜1/1となる割合の量で、ハーフエステ ル化反応させることによって得られる請求項3記載の塗料組成物。 11.(a"1")酸無水物基を有するモノマー(a"1)(3)10〜40重量%と(a"1)(3)以外 のモノマー(a"1)(5)60〜90重量%とを共重合することにより調製される酸無水物 基を有するポリマーと、モノアルコールとを、酸無水物基と水酸基とがモル比で 1/10〜1/1となる割合の量で、ハーフエステル化反応させることによって得られ 、酸価30〜300mgKOH/g solid及び数平均分子量500〜20000を有するカルボキシル 基とカルボキシレート基とを有するポリマー20〜80重量%; (a"1')カルボキシル基を有するモノマー(a"1)(1)5〜90重量%と水酸基を有す るモノマー(a"1)(2)95〜10重量%と(a"1)(1)及び(a"1)(2)以外のモノマー(a"1)( 6)0〜60重量%とを共重合することにより得られ、酸価30〜300mgKOH/g solid、 水酸基当量350〜1200及び数平均分子量1000〜8000を有するカルボキシル基と水 酸基とを有するポリマー20〜80重量%; (b)少なくとも2個のエポキシ基を有する化合物;及び (c)樹脂固形分の合計100重量部に対して0.01〜3.0重量部のオニウム塩; を含有する塗料組成物。 12.前記カルボキシル基を有するモノマー(a"1)(1)が末端カルボキシル基を有 する長鎖のモノマー(a"1)(1')であり、前記水酸基を有するモノマー(a"1)(2)が 末端水酸基を有する長鎖のモノマー(a"1)(2')である請求項11記載の塗料組成物 。 13.前記少なくとも2個のエポキシ基を有する化合物(b)が、エポキシ当量280 〜900及び数平均分子量500〜50000を有する請求項1〜12のいずれか記載の塗料 組成物。 14.前記少なくとも2個のエポキシ基を有する化合物(b)が、エポキシ基を有 するアクリル系ポリマー(b1)、多価アルコールのグリシジルエーテル(b2)及び多 塩基酸のグリシジルエステル(b3)からなる群から選択され、化合物(b)が全樹脂 固形分に対し20〜80重量%の量で含有される請求項13記載の塗料組成物。 15.前記エポキシ基を有するアクリル系ポリマー(b1)が、エポキシ基を有する モノマー(b1)(1)10〜60重量%と(b1)(1)以外のモノマー(b1)(3)90〜40重量%と から調製される請求項14記載の塗料組成物。 16.前記エポキシ基を有するアクリル系ポリマー(b1)が、エポキシ基を有する モノマー(b1)(1)10〜60重量%と水酸基を有するモノマー(b1)(2)5〜60重量%と (b1)(1)及び(b1)(2)以外のモノマー(b1)(4)残量とを共重合することにより得ら れ、エポキシ当量280〜900、水酸基当量280〜1200、及び数平均分子量500〜5000 0を有するエポキシ基と水酸基とを有するアクリル系ポリマー(b1')である請求項 14又は15記載の塗料組成物。 17.前記オニウム塩(c)が、式 [式中、Zは窒素原子またはリン原子であり、Rはそれそれ独立して、炭素数1 〜20のアルキル基、炭素数6〜10のシクロアルキル基、炭素数5〜8のアリ ール基、炭素数6〜10のアラルキル基、2個以上が一緒になって窒素原子を有 する飽和または不飽和の複素環を形成する部分からなる群から選択され、そして 、Rは少なくとも1個のハロゲン、窒素又は酸素原子を有してよく、X-はナイ トライトイオン、ナイトレートイオン、酸性りん酸イオン、ホスホン酸イオンか らなる群から選択され、そしてαは1〜3の整数である。] で示す構造を有する請求項1〜16のいずれか記載の塗料組成物。 18.前記オニウム塩(c)がトリメチルベンジルアンモニウムブロミド、トリメ チルベンジルアンモニウムクロリド、トリメチルベンジルアンモニウムサリチレ ート、トリメチルベンジルアンモニウムグリコレート、トリメチルベンジルアン モニウムパラトルエンスルホネート、テトラブチルアンモニウムブロミド、テト ラブチルアンモニウムクロリド、テトラブチルアンモニウムサリチレート、テト ラブチルアンモニウムグリコレート、テトラブチルアンモニウムパラトルエンス ルホネート及びトリブチルベンジルホスホニウムブロミドからなる群から選択さ れる少なくとも一種である請求項1〜17いずれか記載の塗料組成物。 19.(d)樹脂固形分の合計100重量部に対して0.01〜6.0重量部の有機スルホン 酸の金属塩をさらに含有する請求項1〜18のいずれか記載の塗料組成物。 20.前記有機スルホン酸の金属塩(d)が、アルキルスルホン酸およびアルキル 置換芳香族スルホン酸からなる群から選択される有機スルホン酸の元素周期表の 第3周期から第5周期の第II族から第VIII族にある金属からなる群から選択され る金属の塩である請求項19記載の塗料組成物。 21.前記有機スルホン酸の金属塩(d)が、ジn−ブチルスズジドデシルベンゼン スルホネート、ジn−ブチルスズジパラトルエンスルホネート、マグネシウムジ ドデシルベンゼンスルホネート及び亜鉛ドデシルベンゼンスルホネートからなる 群から選択される少なくとも一種である請求項19記載の塗料組成物。 22.基材を下塗りおよび/または中塗りする工程; この基材の下塗りおよび/または中塗りされた表面上に、水性又は溶剤型カラ ーベース塗料を塗布する工程; ベース被覆層を硬化させることなく、基材のベース塗膜表面に、クリア塗料組 成物を塗布する工程;及び 加熱することにより、ベース被覆層とクリア被覆層とを硬化させる工程; を包含する硬化塗膜形成方法であって、 該クリア塗料組成物が請求項1〜21のいずれか記載のものである方法。 23.請求項22記載の方法により形成された硬化塗膜を有する物品。
