Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.液体試料中の生物学的材料の定量のための液体試料の保持に適した物品であ って、 その間にある容積を封入する上面シートおよび下面シートとを有するバッグを 含み、該バッグはその中の上記容積に、そこを通って液体試料を流し込むことが できる上部入口を有し、 更に、上記バッグの中の液体試料の1またはそれ以上の部分を分離するために 形成された、上記バッグ中の複数の仕切と、 そこを通って液体試料が上記バッグ中の容積に分配することができる通路とを 含み、 上記バッグが、液体試料の分離されたアリコートを保持するための区分された 非透過性の区画を形成することができる材料からなる物品。 2.上記バッグが、大略四角形で、上記上部入口がバッグの1辺に沿って設けら れており、残りの3辺が、液体がそこを通過しないようにシールされている請求 項1の物品。 3.上記区画が、上記バッグの上面および下面シートに沿った複数のラインをヒ ートシールすることにより形成される請求項1の物品。 4.上記複数の仕切が、液体試料を保持するために、バッグ中に、複数の区分さ れた空所を形成するために設けられた請求項1の物品。 5.上記空所の数が、40と60を含み、その間にある請求項4の物品。 6.上記空所が、大体等しいサイズである請求項4の物品。 7.上記区画が、おおよそ2mlの液体を保持するサイズである請求項4の物品 。 8.上記区画が、おおよそ0.2mlの液体を保持するサイズである請求項4の 物品。 9.上記バッグが、ポリ塩化ビニルから形成される請求項1の物品。 10.上記バッグの上面シートが、ポリエチレンで覆われた紙片補強の箔から形 成され、上記下面シートがポリ塩化ビニルから形成される請求項1の物品。 11.複数の仕切は、互いに平行に、上記入口からバッグの遠位端部の方向に走 り、 しかも、液体試料がそこを通って流れることができる複数の通路を形成し、 更に、上記仕切が、上記仕切の間の液体試料の分配を促進するために、上記入 口と上記仕切の間に上記通路が形成される長さである請求項1の物品。 12.更に、仕切の間の液体試料の分配を促進するために、仕切と上記入口から 遠位の端部との間に第2の通路を含む請求項11の物品。 13.上記仕切が、上記バッグの上記上面および下面に沿った複数の線をヒート シールすることにより形成される請求項11の物品。 14.上記バッグが、ポリエチレンテレフタレートとともに同時押出されたポリ エチレンから形成される請求項1の物品。 15.第1の複数の空所が1のサイズであり、第2の複数の空所がより小さいサ イズである請求項4の物品。 16.上記第1および第2の複数の空所とサイズの異なった第3の複数の空所を 含む請求項15の物品。 17.上記仕切が、上記上面および下面シートの一方または双方の中の空所を含 む請求項1の物品。 18.液体試料中の生物学的材料の定量に用いるためのキットであって、 請求項1に列挙した物品と、 一定の生物学的検出媒体とを含むキット。 19.更に、上記上面および下面シートの一方または双方の内面に、熱活性な接 着剤が適用されることを含む請求項1のキット。 20.液体試料中の生物学的材料の定量方法であって、 その間に容積を封入する上面シートと下面シートを有するバッグを提供し、上 記バッグが、液体試料を上記バッグ中の容積に、そこを通って流し込むことがで きる上部入口を有している工程と、 上記バッグが、液体試料の分離されたアリコートを保持するための区分された 非透過性な区画を形成することができる材料から形成される工程と、 液体試料に試験媒体を添加する工程と、 試料を上記バッグ中に配置する工程と、 複数の区分された非透過性な区画をバッグ中に形成し、区画中の複数の分離さ れたアリコート中での試験媒体および液体試料の混合を確実にする工程と、 上記各区画中の上記生物学的材料の存在または不存在を検出する工程とを含む 方法。 21.上記バッグが、バッグ中の上記液体試料の1またはそれ以上の部分を分離 するために形成された、複数の仕切を備えている請求項20の方法。 22.複数の仕切が、液体試料を保持するためのバッグ中の複数の区分された空 所を形成するために設けられる請求項21の方法。 23.上記空所の数が40および60を含んでこの間にある請求項22の方法。 24.上記空所が、大体同じサイズである請求項22の方法。 25.定量化される上記生物学的材料が、エシェリヒアおよび大腸菌型バクテリ アであり、試験媒体が一定の生物学的検出媒体である請求項20の方法。 26.上記仕切を形成する工程が、 仕切を形成するためにバッグをヒートシールする工程を含み、 仕切の間のシールが、液体試料、試験媒体および得られる反応物にとって非透 過性である請求項20の方法。 27.上記ヒートシールが、 おおよそ290および370度Fの間の温度のヒートシール装置を用いて、約 5秒間、バッグに熱を加えることを含む請求項26の方法。 28.上記ヒートシールが、 上記物品の内面に熱活性な接着剤を適用し、 おおよそ280および310度Fの間の温度のヒートシール装置を用いて、約 5秒間、バッグに熱を加えることを含む請求項26の方法。 29.上記ヒートシールが、 上記物品の内面に熱活性な接着剤を適用し、 おおよそ320および370度Fの間の温度を、物品の中の仕切の各列に、約 1−2秒間加えて、バッグに熱を加えることを含む請求項26の方法。 30.上記検出工程が、所望の温度で、所望の時間、上記バッグを培養する工程 を含む請求項20の方法。 31.バッグ中の複数の区分された非透過性の区画を形成する工程が、 1のサイズの、第1の複数の区画を形成する工程と、 より小さいサイズの、第2の複数の区画を形成する工程とを含む請求項20の 方法。 32.更に、上記第1および第2の複数の区画と異なったサイズの第3の複数の 区画を形成する工程を含む請求項27の方法。 33.生物学的材料の濃度が高い場合に、液体試料中の生物学的材料の定量のた めに、液体試料を保持するのに応用する物品であって、 その中に容積を封入する上面シートおよび下面シートとを有するバッグと、上 記バッグの中の上記容積に、そこを通って液体試料を流し込むことができる上部 入口を有する上記バッグと、 液体試料を保持するために、バッグ中に、複数の区分された空所を形成するた めに設けられた上記バッグ中の複数の仕切であって、第1の複数の空所が1のサ イズであり、第2の複数の空所がより小さいサイズである仕切と、 そこを通って液体試料がバッグ中の容積に分配することができる通路とを含み 、 バッグが、液体試料の分離されたアリコートを保持するための区分された非 透過性の区画を形成することができる材料からなる物品。 34.更に、上記第1および第2の複数の空所と異なった第3のサイズの、第3 の複数の空所を含む請求項33の物品。 35.上記仕切が、上記バッグの上面および下面シートに沿った複数の線をヒー トシールすることにより上記区画が形成される請求項33の物品。 36.第1の複数の空所の数が40および60の間であり、 第2の複数の空所の数が40および60の間である請求項33の物品。 37.第1の複数の空所が、おおよそ2mlの液体を保持するサイズであり、 第2の複数の空所が、おおよそ0.2mlの液体を保持するサイズである請求 項33の物品。
