Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.焼結可能なゲッター材と焼結可能な金属フィルタ材から成り、実質的に 連続した細孔のマトリックスを画定するゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子。 2.前記金属は、ニッケルであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載 のゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子。 3.前記焼結可能なゲッター材及び金属フィルタ材は、生の成形物の状態に おいて結合剤を含有していないことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のゲッ ター/フィルタ複合膜素子。 4.前記焼結可能なゲッター材は、随意選択として焼結可能な金属を含有し ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素 子。 5.前記焼結可能なゲッター材は、Zr82重量%、Ti10重量%、Ni 5重量%、O3重量%、から成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載のゲ ッター/フィルタ複合膜素子。 6.ゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子であって、第1焼結可能ゲッター材層と 第2焼結可能金属フィルタ材層の少くとも3層から成り、該第1焼結可能ゲッタ ー材層と該第2焼結可能金属フィルタ材層とは、第1焼結可能ゲッター材層が第 2焼結可能金属フィルタ材層の間に挟まれるようにして交互に積層されており、 該複合膜素子全体に亙って実質的に連続した細孔のマトリックスを画定するゲッ ター/フィルタ複合膜素子。 7.前記金属は、ニッケルであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載 のゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子。 8.前記焼結可能なゲッター材は、随意選択として焼結可能な金属を含有し ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載のゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素 子。 9.前記焼結可能なゲッター材は、Zr82重量%、Ti10重量%、Ni 5重量%、O3重量%、から成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載のゲ ッター/フィルタ複合膜素子。 10.一体的に結合された焼結可能なゲッター材と焼結可能な金属フィルタ材 から成るゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子と、 流体流路を画定し、前記ゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子を保持するケーシング から成るハウジングと、 該ケーシングを濾過すべき流体に接続するための手段と、から成り、前記ゲッ ター/フィルタ複合膜素子は、前記ケーシングの側壁に密封状態に結合され、該 前記ケーシング内に該ゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子を挟んで上流側と下流側を 画定するように構成されているゲッター/フィルタ。 11.前記金属は、ニッケルであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に記 載のゲッター/フィルタ。 12.前記焼結可能なゲッター材及び金属フィルタ材は、生の成形物の状態に おいて結合剤を含有していないことを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に記載のゲ ッター/フィルタ。 13.前記焼結可能なゲッター材は、随意選択として焼結可能な金属を含有し ていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に記載のゲッター/フィルタ。 14.前記焼結可能なゲッター材は、Zr82重量%、Ti10重量%、Ni 5重量%、O3重量%、から成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第10項に記載の ゲッター/フィルタ。 15.多層ゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子を製造する方法であって、 a.焼結ゲッター素子を製造し、 b.該焼結ゲッター素子を金型内に装入し、該ゲッター素子の一方の面の上に 焼結樹枝状金属層を積層して2層複合素子を形成し、 c.該2層複合素子を裏返して、前記ゲッター素子の他方の面を積層可能な状 態に露呈し、 d.該ゲッター素子の他方の面に第2の金属層を形成すること、 から成る多層ゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子製造方法。 16.焼結ゲッター素子を製造する前記工程は、 a.焼結可能なゲッター材の実質的に均一な低密度床を、それに圧縮力を加え るのに適する金型内に堆積させ、 b.該焼結可能なゲッター材の低密度床を圧縮して生のゲッター成形物を形成 し、 c.該生のゲッター成形物を第1の温度で焼結し、 d.該焼結されたゲッター成形物を第1の圧力で圧縮して焼結ゲッター素子を 形成することから成る多層ゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子製造方法。 17.2層複合素子を製造する前記工程は、 a.圧縮力を加えるのに適する金型内に前記焼結ゲッター素子を装入し、該焼 結ゲッター素子の一方の面に焼結可能な樹枝状金属材の実質的に均一な低密度床 を堆積させ、 b.該焼結可能な樹枝状金属材の低密度床を該焼結ゲッター素子の一方の面に 対して圧縮して生の2層複合素子成形物を形成し、 c.該生の2層複合素子成形物を第2の温度で焼結し、 d.該焼結された2層複合素子成形物を第2の圧力で圧縮して2層複合素子を 形成することを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項に記載の多層ゲッター/フィルタ 複合膜素子製造方法。 18.第2の金属層を形成する前記工程は、 a.前記金型内に装入された前記2層複合素子の他方の面に焼結可能な樹枝状 金属材の実質的に均一な低密度床を堆積し、 b.該焼結可能な樹枝状金属材の低密度床を該2層複合素子の他方の面に対し て圧縮して生の3層複合素子成形物を形成し、 c.該生の3層複合素子成形物を第2の温度で焼結し、 d.該焼結された3層複合素子成形物を第2の圧力で圧縮して3層複合素子を 形成することを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項に記載の多層ゲッター/フィルタ 複合膜素子製造方法。 19.前記実質的に均一な低密度床を堆積させる工程は、焼結可能な樹枝状金 属材を、それに圧縮力を加えるのに適する金型内に空気敷きつめによって堆積さ せ、該樹枝状金属材の密度より低い、又はそれに等しい密度を有する空気敷きつ め床を形成することから成ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項に記載の多層 ゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子製造方法。 20.焼結可能な樹枝状金属材の前記実質的に均一な低密度床を圧縮する工程 は、約35〜105Kg/cm2(約500〜1500psi)の圧力で行われ ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項に記載の多層ゲッター/フィルタ複合膜 素子製造方法。 21.前記生の複合素子成形物を約775°C〜約825°Cの温度で焼結す ることを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項に記載の多層ゲッター/フィルタ複合膜 素子製造方法。 22.前記焼結された複合素子成形物を第2のより高い圧力で圧縮し、該素子 に追加の構造的剛性を付与することを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項に記載の多 層ゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子製造方法。 23.前記焼結された複合素子成形物を所定サイズの個別フィルタ素子に分断 することを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項に記載の多層ゲッター/フィルタ複合 膜素子製造方法。 24.前記分断は、ワイヤカット放電加工法によって行うことを特徴とする請 求の範囲第23項に記載の多層ゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子製造方法。 25.前記焼結された複合素子成形物は、結合剤を含まないことを特徴とする 請求の範囲第15項に記載の多層ゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子製造方法。 26.前記焼結可能な樹枝状金属材は、ニッケルから成ることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第15項に記載の多層ゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子製造方法。 27.ゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子を製造する方法であって、 a.焼結可能な金属材の実質的に均一な低密度床を、それに圧縮力を加えるの に適する金型内に堆積させ、 b.該焼結可能な金属材の低密度床を圧縮して生の第1金属成形物を形成し、 c.前記金属材に代えて焼結可能なゲッター材を使用し、前記工程a.及びb .を反復して前記第1金属成形物の上に焼結可能なゲッター材の生の成形物を形 成し、 d.前記工程a.及びb.を反復して前記ゲッター材の生の成形物の上に生の 第2金属成形物を形成して生の3層複合成形物を形成し、 e.該3層複合成形物を取り出し、 f.該3層複合成形物を焼結すること、 から成るゲッター/フィルタ複合膜素子製造方法。 28.請求の範囲第15〜27項のいずれかに記載の方法によって製造された 製品。
