Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.式(A)x-b-(B)y(ここで、該ポリマーはポリ(A)の剛毛を有するブラシ 型コポリマーである)、(A)x(B)y、(A)x(B)y(A)z、および(B)x(A) y(B)zを有するブロックコポリマーからなる群より選択される生体適合性ポリ マーを、患者に投与するための生物活性剤と共に含有し、ここで、 (A)x、(A)yおよび(A)zが、6.5と8.5との間のpHてポリノニオン性であり 、そして組織に結合しない領域を形成する、生体適合性の合成ポリマーおよびポ リマー混合物であり、そして (B)y、(B)x、および(B)zが、6.5と8.5との間のpHでポリカチオン性であ り、そして組織に結合する領域を形成する、生体適合性の、水溶性合成ポリマー またはポリマー混合物であり;そしてここで、 xが5に等しいかまたは5より大きい整数であり、yが3に等しいかまたは3 より大きい整数であり、そしてzが0に等しいかまたは0より大きい整数であり 、 ここで、該ポリマーが少なくとも300g/モルの分子量を有し、 ここで、該生物活性剤が細胞ではない、薬学的受容可能な組織コーティング。 2.前記ポリマーが式(A)x-b-(B)yを有し、ここで、 xが5に等しいかまたは5より大きい整数であり、yが3に等しいかまたは3 より大きい整数であり、そしてzが0に等しいかまたは0より大きい整数である 、請求項1に記載の薬学的受容可能な組織コーティング。 3.(A)xおよび(A)zが、ポリ(オキシアルキレンオキシド)、ポリ(エチル オキサゾリン)、ポリ(N-ビニルピロリドン)、ポリ(ビニルアルコール)、中 性ポリ(アミノ酸)、ならびにオキシアルキレンオキシド、エチルオキサゾリン 、N-ビニルピロリドン、ビニルアルコール、およびアミノ酸からなる群より選択 されるモノマーのコポリマーからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の薬学 的受容可能な組織コーティング。 4.(B)yが、ポリ(エチレンイミン)、第4級アミン、およびポリマー骨格ま たはポリマー側鎖のいずれかにアミン基あるいはピリジニル基を有するポリアミ ンからなる群より選択される、請求項1に記載の薬学的受容可能な組織コーティ ング。 5.式(A)x-b-(B)y(ここで、該ポリマーはポリ(A)の剛毛を有するブラシ 型コポリマーである)、(A)x(B)y、(A)x(B)y(A)z、および(B)x(A) y(B)zを有するブロックコポリマーからなる群より選択される生体適合性ポリ マーを含有し、ここで、 (A)x、(A)yおよび(A)zが、6.5と8.5との間のpHてポリノニオン性であり 、そして組織に結合しない領域を形成する、生体適合性の合成ポリマーおよびポ リマー混合物であり、そして (B)y、(B)x、および(B)zが、6.5と8.5との間のpHでポリカチオン性であ り、そして組織に結合する領域を形成する、生体適合性の、水溶性合成ポリマー またはポリマー混合物であり;そしてここで、 xが5に等しいかまたは5より大きい整数であり、yが3に等しいかまたは3 より大きい整数であり、そしてzが0に等しいかまたは0より大きい整数であり 、 ここで、該ポリマーが少なくとも300g/モルの分子量を有し、 ここで、該ポリマーが、さらに、インビボで加水分解、酵素分解、または酸化 により分解を受ける領域Cを含む、薬学的受容可能な組織コーティング。 6.Cが、インビボに存在する酵素によって切断されるペプチド配列および糖配 列からなる群より選択される、請求項5に記載の薬学的受容可能な組織コーティ ング。 7.Cが、水の存在下で加水分解する化合物の群より選択される、請求項5に記 載の薬学的受容可能な組織コーティング。 8.Cが、インビボで酸化する化合物の群より選択される、請求項5に記載の薬 学的受容可能な組織コーティング。 9.1つまたは複数の前記C領域が、前記組織結合領域(B)yと前記非組織結合 領域(A)xとの間にある、請求項5に記載の薬学的受容可能な組織コーティング 。 10.前記C領域が、前記非組織結合領域(A)xの付着点の間にある前記組織結 合領域(B)y内に位置する、請求項5に記載の薬学的受容可能な組織コーティン グ。 11.式(A)x-b-(B)y(ここで、該ポリマーはポリ(A)の剛毛を有するブラ シ型コポリマーである)、(A)x(B)y、(A)x(B)y(A)z、および(B)x( A)y(B)zを有するブロックコポリマーからなる群より選択される生体適合性 ポリマーを含有し、ここで、 (A)x、(A)yおよび(A)zが、6.5と8.5との間のpHでポリノニオン性であり 、そして組織に結合しない領域を形成する、生体適合性の合成ポリマーおよびポ リマー混合物であり、そして (B)y、(B)x、および(B)zが、6.5と8.5との間のpHでポリカチオン性であ り、そして組織に結合する領域を形成する、生体適合性の、水溶性合成ポリマー またはポリマー混合物であり;そしてここで、 xが5に等しいかまたは5より大きい整数であり、yが3に等しいかまたは3 より大きい整数であり、そしてzが0に等しいかまたは0より大きい整数であり 、 ここで、該ポリマーが少なくとも300g/モルの分子量を有し、 ここで、該組織結合領域(B)yが、水、酸化または酵素による攻撃に曝される とき、非組織結合領域に転換する、薬学的受容可能な組織コーティング。 12.前記組織結合領域(B)yが、アミドまたはエステルの重合により形成され る、請求項11に記載の薬学的受容可能な組織コーティング。 13.式(A)x-b-(B)y(ここで、該ポリマーはポリ(A)の剛毛を有するブラ シ型コポリマーである)、(A)x(B)y、(A)x(B)y(A)z、および(B)x( A)y(B)zを有するブロックコポリマーからなる群より選択される生体適合性 ポリマーを含有し、ここで、 (A)x、(A)yおよび(A)zが、6.5と8.5との間のpHでポリノニオン性であり 、そして組織に結合しない領域を形成する、生体適合性の合成ポリマーおよびポ リマー混合物であり、そして (B)y、(B)x、および(B)zが、6.5と8.5との間のpHでポリカチオン性であ り、そして組織に結合する領域を形成する、生体適合性の、水溶性合成ポリマー またはポリマー混合物であり;そしてここで、 xが5に等しいかまたは5より大きい整数であり、yが3に等しいかまたは3 より大きい整数であり、そしてzは0に等しいかまたは0より大きい整数であり 、 ここで、該ポリマーが少なくとも300g/モルの分子量を有し、 ここで、該非組織結合領域(A)xが、水、酸化または酵素による攻撃に曝され るとき、組織結合領域に転換する、薬学的受容可能な組織コーティング。 14.前記生物活性剤がペプチドである、請求項1に記載の薬学的受容可能な組 織コーティング。 15.前記ポリマーが生物分解可能であり、そして前記生物活性剤が、該ポリマ ーが分解するときに、放出される成分である、請求項1に記載の薬学的受容可能 な組織コーティング。 16.前記生物活性剤が前記ポリマーに化学的に結合されている、請求項1に記 載の薬学的受容可能な組織コーティング。 17.前記ポリマーが、水および緩衝化水溶液からなる群より選択される薬学的 受容可能なキャリア中にある、請求項1に記載の薬学的受容可能な組織コーティ ング。 18.前記非組織結合領域(A)xがポリアニオン性であり、かつ水溶性である、 請求項1に記載の薬学的受容可能な組織コーティング。 19.インビボで組織をコーティングして癒着および細胞付着を低減させるため の、請求項1〜18の薬学的受容可能な組織コーティングを製造する方法であっ て、(A)xが(B)yと化学的に結合する条件下で、(A)xおよび(A)zを(B)y と反応させて該ポリマーを形成する工程を包含する、方法。 20.前記コーティングを癒着が低減されるべき組織に適用する工程を包含する 、組織癒着を低減させるための方法における、請求項1〜18の薬学的受容可能 な組織コーティングの使用。 21.癒着が低減されるべき前記部位が、組織が損傷された領域である、請求項 20に記載の方法。 22.癒着が低減されるべき前記部位が、外科的に切られている、請求項20に 記載の方法。 23.血栓症または癒着が低減されるべき前記部位が、損傷を受けた血管の内層 である、請求項20に記載の方法。 24.付着が防がれるべき前記組織が、ガン細胞または腫瘍細胞である、請求項 20に記載の方法。 25.前記組織が、損傷された他の器官と接触する、体内の器官または内腔であ る、請求項20に記載の方法。 26.前記ポリマーが、生物活性剤により特定の細胞型に付着するために標的化 されている、請求項20に記載の方法。 27.前記コーティングを損傷された血管の内層に適用する工程を包含する、再 狭窄を低減させるための方法における、請求項1〜18の薬学的受容可能な組織 コーティングの使用。
