Description
く、ノコギリ状のフィルム切断刃は平面をなし、四角の
紙箱の底の端に刃先を突出して付けてある。そのために
使用中等刃先に指や手等が触れてしまうことがあり、思
わぬ怪我をする欠点を伴っていた。最近刃が蓋側の端に
付くものも市販されている。しかしそれでも刃先は突出
している。
見からは見えないように覆う構造にして安全性を高め得
たものである。
の箱１となる各面部１′〜６までを形成した紙面の切断
刃取り付け位置13に、第２〜３図に示すように刃先12を
曲折せしめた切断刃11を取り付ける。それから各曲折線
部分を折り曲げると共に、縦側面を兼ねる、のりしろＨ
部分を貼り付ける。この段階が終了した後、ラップフィ
ルム巻着芯を挿入し、ついで封着面10部分を貼ってなっ
ている。
第２〜３図に示す形状をなしている。なおこれの開封操
作に付き記する。まず底部の斜状狭面３の両端にあるミ
シン目状切り取り線９〜９′を切り離す。ラップフィル
ムの引き出し方の要領は既存のものと同じであるが、蓋
６、７の部分を上に持ち上げるにあたっては、蓋の中央
直角部に為したＷ切り込み線14の凹み作用で、親指の滑
り止め効果が生じて蓋６、７の上げ下げ、かつ固定維持
を可能にできる。なお、フィルム引き出し側の側面４の
上部に曲折面４′を形成したその分、他の側面の上面よ
り低くなっているから、ラップフィルムは斜め下方へ引
き出す要領になる為、側面４部分は、箱の中側へ圧力が
加わるし、上記折り曲げ面４′部分がラップ芯を押さえ
る作用をするので引き出すのに安定性がある。そして適
宜に引き出されたラップフィルムの切断には、曲折を持
つ刃先12の角度の助けを借りて、切断の瞬間の箱を持つ
手首の動きも、不自然に捻るといった煩わしさもなく極
めて自然に切断が可能となる。

ならないし、刃先12の方向は常に斜状狭面３に接触状に
向いているので、外側からは刃先は見えず、子供らが誤
って或いは無造作に、箱を持ち上げるようなことがあっ
ても怪我をするようなことはない。

お、図面が全て線図である為、引き出し線による図面の
混乱を避けるべく引き出し線を湾状戻り線にし、且つ側
面部を兼ねるのりしろとなる部分は、全てＨ記号とし

Claims (1)
- 【請求項１】曲折状の切断刃をつけた、ラップフィルム
用の変形六角状紙箱におけるもので、箱本体の紙の各線
を折り、底端部及び上部対称的に二ヵ所に斜状狭面３−
５を形成した変形六角状の箱１を形成する。水平を基準
にして底面の端に形成した斜状狭面３の上位を覆う位置
に、蓋７の端が重なるその内側に、刃先12を箱面に向け
て切断刃11を取り付けることで、刃先12そのものを箱外
に突出しないようにしたことを特長とした、包装ラップ
フィルム挿入用変形六角状紙箱の構造。
