Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.反応性不飽和物と汚染物の硫黄を含む炭化水素流れから低減された硫黄汚染 物濃度を有する炭化水素流れを製造する方法であって、前記流れを、金属酸化物 の水素還元によって得られる第IB、IIB、又はIIIA族金属を含む掃去剤と接 触させることを含み、汚染物の硫黄が初めに元素状硫黄又はメルカプタンとして 存在し、汚染物のメルカプタンが存在するとき流れは主要割合の反応性不飽和物 を含むこと、及び反応性不飽和物の実質的なオリゴマー化又は重合を生じさせず に汚染物の硫黄の濃度を低下させるような穏やかな温度条件下に接触を行うこと を特徴とする方法。 2.接触温度が35℃以下である、請求項1の方法。 3.接触温度が15〜30℃であり、好ましくは20〜25℃である、請求項2の方法。 4.炭化水素流れ中の硫黄汚染物の濃度が500wppm未満である、請求項1乃至3 のいずれか1請求項の方法。 5.接触が硫黄濃度を少なくとも95%減少させる条件下で行われる、請求項1乃 至4のいずれか1請求項の方法。 6.炭化水素流れが70重量%以上、好ましくは80重量%以上、の反応性不飽和物 を含む、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1請求項の方法。 7.金属酸化物が多孔質結合剤上に担持されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか 1請求項の方法。 8.金属酸化物が、銅、亜鉛、又はアルミニウムの酸化物であるか又はそれらの 2種以上の混合物である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1請求項の方法。 9.金属酸化物が、 (a)第1の工程において、金属酸化物を不活性ガス及び第1の小割合の水素 ガスを含む気体と接触させること、及び (b)第2の工程において、工程(a)で処理された金属酸化物を不活性ガス及 び、第1の小割合よりも多い第2の小割合の水素ガスを含む気体と接触させて、 残りの金属酸化物を元素状金属まで還元すること、 によって水素還元されたものである、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1請求項の方 法。 10.掃去剤が50〜750m2/gの比表面積を有する、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1 請求項の方法。 11.反応性不飽和物が、オレフィン、ジエン、又はアセチレンから成る、請求項 1乃至10のいずれか1請求項の方法。 12.ジエンが1,4-ブタジエンである、請求項11の方法。 13.接触を、汚染物の硫黄の濃度を減少させるが、炭化水素流れ中の反応性不飽 和物の0.01重量%未満しかオリゴマー化又は重合しないような条件下で行う、請 求項1乃至12のいずれか1請求項の方法。
