Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.その表面上に潤滑仕上げ剤を有し且つその体積内に分散された硫酸バリウ ム粒子を有するスパンデックスであって、スパンデックスの粘着性を低下させる ために、硫酸バリウム粒子が0〜4の範囲内の等電点を有することを含む改良さ れたスパンデックス。 2.硫酸バリウム粒子がスパンデックスの重量の0.3〜5%の量であり、等 電点が0.5〜3の範囲内にある請求の範囲第1項に記載の改良されたスパンデ ックス。 3.その表面上に潤滑仕上げ剤を有し且つその体積内に分散された硫酸バリウ ム粒子を有するスパンデックスであって、スパンデックスの粘着性を低下させる ために、スパンデックスが少なくとも75の表面粗さのパラメーターを有するこ とを含む改良されたスパンデックス。 4.硫酸バリウムがスパンデックスの重量の0.3〜5%の量であり、表面粗 さのパラメーターが100〜200の範囲内にあり、硫酸バリウム粒子が0〜4 の範囲内の等電点を有する請求の範囲第3項に記載の改良されたスパンデックス 。 5.スパンデックスの平均孔径が10〜30オングストロームの範囲内にあり 、BET表面積が1〜5m2/gの範囲内にある請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれ か1つに記載の改良されたスパンデックス。 6.スパンデックスがスパンデックスの合計重量の1〜5%の範囲内の量の二 酸化チタン粒子を含み、潤滑仕上げ剤がスパンデックスの1〜6重量%の範囲内 の量のポリシロキサンである請求の範囲第5項に記載の改良されたスパンデック ス。 7.円筒状構成部材上に巻き取られて低粘着性の糸供給パッケージを 形成する請求の範囲第1〜4項のいずれか1つに記載の改良されたスパンデック ス。 8.有機溶媒中のセグメント化ポリウレタンポリマーの溶液を添加物と混合し 、次いでフィラメントに乾式−紡糸するスパンデックスの乾式−紡糸法であって 、少なくとも1種の添加物が0〜4の範囲内の等電点を有する硫酸バリウムであ ることを含む改良法。
