Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.最大周波数を有する所望の信号を伝送するための伝送線路であって、前記最 大周波数は第1の波長を有し、前記伝送線路は: 所定の第1幅を有し、第1面内に配置された第1導体; 前記第1導体と実質的に平行で、前記第1導体と共通面にありかつ分離されて おり、所定の第2幅を有する第2導体;および 前記第1面から隆起し、前記第1面と実質的に平行な第3導体であって、所定 の第3幅および長さを有し、前記最大周波数の波長の1/4よりも大幅に短い所 定の距離で、その長さに沿って分断されている前記第3導体; から成ることを特徴とする伝送線路。 2.前記所定の第3幅は、前記所定の第1幅と前記所定の第2幅との和よりも大 きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の伝送線路。 3.前記第1導体と前記第2導体によって形成される面と、前記第3導体との間 に誘電体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の伝送線路。 4.前記所望の信号は、前記第1導体および前記第2導体上を差動的に伝送され ることを特徴とする請求項1記載の伝送線路。 5.前記第3導体は、前記第1導体および前記第2導体の ための反射板であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の伝送線路。 6.前記所定の距離は、前記最大周波数の波長の1/10に等しいことを特徴と する請求項1記載の伝送線路。 7.前記伝送線路は平衡伝送線路であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の伝送線 路。 8.伝送線路の設計方法であって: 高さおよび幅を含む、伝送線路の所望の物理的断面を決定する段階; 所望の伝送線路特性インピーダンスZodを決定する段階; 前記伝送線路上での最も高い伝送周波数であって、ある波長を有する前記最も 高い周波数を決定する段階; 第1導体と第2導体との間の共面ギャップを選択し、前記第1導体および前記 第2導体の幅を選択することによって、共面特性インピーダンスZocがZodより も大きくなるように、前記共面特性インピーダンスZocを形成する段階; 前記伝送線路特性インピーダンスおよび前記共面特性インピーダンスに応答し て、前記第1導体と前記第2導体との間の横型の高さを計算することによって、 横型の特性インピーダンスZobを形成する段階; 第3導体と、前記第1導体と前記第2導体との面との間の距離を、前記横型の 高さの1/2に等しく設定する段階; および 前記最も高い周波数の波長の1/4未満の距離で、その長さに沿って前記第3 導体を分断する段階; から成ることを特徴とする方法。 9.更に、共面ギャップを選択する段階に応答して、ある誘電係数を有する誘電 体物質を選択する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。 10.前記計算するステップは、更に、式1/zod=1/zoc+1/zobを満足 することを含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
