Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1 少なくとも1つの軸線方向案内ピン(14)によって固定支持体(12)上 を摺動するキャリパ(10)を包含し、キャリパ(10)が、固定支持体(12 )内に碇留且つ摺動可能に収容された少なくとも1つの摩擦パッド(22,24 )を押圧できる駆動装置(28)と、軸線方向案内ピン(14)を中心とする回 転に関しキャリパ(10)を固定支持体(12)上に固定する装置(30)とを 包含し、固定装置が、固定支持体(12)又はキャリパ(10)に形成した孔( 34)内を一部分(33)が摺動する軸部(32)と、その軸線に直角で且つキャ リパ(10)又は固定支持体(12)の平坦部分(40)に休止するようになっ ている平らな停止面(38)を形成している基部(36)とを包含する軸線方向 スピンドルから成り、軸線方向スピンドルの基部(36)が、キャリパ(10) 又は固定支持体(12)に形成した取付開口(46)を間隙を存して貫通する固 定部材(44;74,80)と相互作用して、組立時にスピンドルの軸線方向心 出しを許容するディスクブレーキにおいて、保持部材(50,76,150)が取 付開口(46)の近傍に配設されて、ブレーキが組立てられている間に回転に関 し軸線方向スピンドルを固定化し、軸線方向スピンドルが孔(34)によって半 径方向移動に関し固定化されていることを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 2 請求項1記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、保持部材(50)が、取付開口 (46)が形成されたキャリパ(10)又は固定支持体(12)の部分(48) を掴持するスプリングクリップ(50)から成ることを特徴とするディスクブレ ーキ。 3 請求項2記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、スプリングクリップ(50)が 、軸線方向スピンドルの基部(36)と相互作用してブレーキが組立てられてい る間にスピンドルを固定化する開口(58)を有することを特徴とするディスク ブレーキ。 4 請求項3記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、開口(58)が、軸線方向スピ ンドルの基部(36)に形成した2つの平行な平坦部(66)と相互作用する2 つの平行な側面(64)を形成されていることを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 5 請求項1記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、軸線方向スピンドルが、スペー サを形成する外方部分(70)と、引張棒を形成する内方部分(72)とで形成さ れ、保持部材(76)が、取付開口(46)の部分(78)と相互作用する引張 棒の部分(76)によって形成されていることを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 6 請求項5記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、軸線方向スピンドルの内方部分 (72)が、取付開口(46)に形成した2つの平行な側面(78)と相互作用す る2つの平行な平坦部(76)を形成されていることを 特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 7 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、軸線 方向スピンドルの摺動部分(33)が孔(34)内を小さい間隙を存して摺動す ることを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 8 請求項7記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、軸線方向スピンドルの摺動部分 (33)と案内ピン(14)がそれぞれの孔(34,16)内を同じ間隙を存し て摺動することを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 9 請求項1記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、保持部材(150)が、固定部 材(44)のための開口(154)と取付開口(46)を貫通するタブ(156 )とを設けた中央部分(152)を含むことを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 10 請求項9記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、保持部材(150)のタブ(1 56)がスピンドル(30)の基部(36)に形成した軸線方向溝(162)と 相互作用することを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 11 請求項10記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、保持部材(150)のタブ( 156)の幅(1)が取付開口(46)の幅及びスピンドル(30)の基部(3 6)の軸線方向溝(162)の幅よりも僅かに小さいことを特徴とするディスク ブレーキ。 12 請求項10記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、保持部材(150)のタブ( 156)の長さ(L)が、 スピンドル(30)の基部(36)に形成したカラー(160)の厚さ分を増加 したキャリパのアーム(48)の厚さよりも大きいことを特徴とするディスクブレ ーキ。 13 請求項10記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、保持部材(150)のタブ( 156)の端部が尖端で形成されていることを特徴とするディスクブレーキ。 14 請求項9ないし13のいずれか1項に記載のディスクブレーキにおいて、固 定部材(44)が保持部材(150)によって係留保持されていることを特徴と するディスクブレーキ。
