Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.主組成分として、70から95重量%のポリプロピレン単独重合体および 5から30重量%の低密度ポリエチレンから成るポリマーブレンドと、5から3 0重量%の板状無機充填剤とを含有する充填重合体組成物。 2.ポリプロピレン単独重合体が2から50dg.min-1(230℃、2. 16kg負荷下で測定)のメルトフローインデックスを有する、請求項1による 組成物。 3.低密度ポリエチレンが、線形低密度ポリエチレンまたは極低密度ポリエチ レンである、請求項1または2による組成物。 4.低密度ポリエチレンが、2から40dg.min-1(190℃、2.16 kg負荷下で測定)のメルトフローインデックスを有する、請求項1から3のい ずれかによる組成物。 5.ポリプロピレン単独重合体と低密度ポリエチレンとの相対的量割合が、ポ リプロピレンの80から90%に対してポリエチレンが20から10%である、 請求項1から4のいずれかによる組成物。 6.板状充填剤がタルクである、請求項1から5のいずれかによる組成物。 7.組成物に対して充填剤の量が14から30重量%であり、ポリプロピレン が10から50dg.min-1(230℃、2.16kg負荷下で測定)のメル トフロー インデックスを有する、請求項1から6のいずれかによる組成物。 8.25℃において13000から50000cStの粘度を有するポリオル ガノシロキサンを、組成物に対して0.5から2.5重量%追加的に含有する、 請求項7による組成物。 9.組成物に対して、充填剤の量が5から15重量%であり、ポリプロピレン が2から15dg.min-1(230℃、2.16kg負荷下で測定)のメルト フローインデックスを有する、請求項1から6のいずれかによる組成物。 10.高ゴム性ポリプロピレン/エチレン共重合体が、組成物全体で2から1 5%のエチレンプロピレンゴム量割合をもたらすような量で含有されている、請 求項7による組成物。 11.組成物全体に対して、0.1から0.8重量%の脂肪酸アミドを追加的 に含有する、請求項1から10のいずれかによる組成物。 12.0.1から7%の1種類または複数種類の顔料、 0.05から0.7%の1種類または複数種類の立体障害フェノール抗酸化剤 、 0.05から1%の1種類または複数種類のチオエステル抗酸化協力剤、 0.05から0.8%の1種類または複数種類の中性 化剤ないし抗酸剤、および/または 約0.8%の1種類または複数種類の対紫外線安定剤(すべてのパーセントは 組成物全体に対する重量%である)のいずれか1種類または複数種類を追加的に 含有する、請求項1から11のいずれかによる組成物。 13.組成物全体に対して0.1から2重量%のエポキシ樹脂を追加的に含有 する、請求項1から11のいずれかによる組成物。 14.主組成分として、70から95重量%のポリプロピレン単独重合体およ び5から30重量%の低密度ポリエチレンから成るポリマーブレンドと、5から 30重量%の板状無機充填剤とを含有する混合物を形成し、この混合物を高剪断 力溶融処理し、得られた組成物を押出す各工程を有する充填重合体組成物の製造 方法。 15.0.1から0.8重量%の脂肪酸アミドを追加的に含有する組成物を製 造する、請求項14による方法。 16.0.4から1重量%のエポキシを追加的に含有する組成物を製造する、 請求項14または15による方法。 17.主成分として、70から95重量%のポリプロピレン単独重合体および 5から30重量%の低密度ポリエチレンから成るポリマーブレンドと、15から 30重量%の板状無機充填剤、ポリマーブレンドに対して少なくとも0.5重量 %のポリオルガノシロキサンポリマー ブレンドおよびエポキシ樹脂とを含有する充填重合体組成物の製造方法であって 、 板状充填剤とエポキシ樹脂とを、板状充填剤により著しく吸収される他の組成 分と混合する前に、まず混合しし、次いで組成物を構成する各組成分を押出機中 における溶融相処理で混合し、得られた組成物を押出すことを特徴とする方法。 18.エポキシ樹脂と板状充填剤とを、ポリオルガノシロキサン添加前にまず 混合することを特徴とする、請求項17による方法。 19請求項1から13のいずれかによる重合体性組成物から形成された表面を 有する、耐掻傷性成形体。 20請求項1から13のいずれかによる重合体性組成物の、耐掻傷性材料とし ての用途。
