Abstract
Description
ン (3×200ml)を加えて約7〜7.5の最終pHを得た。メタノールを真空中で留去した 。この時間の間、さらに水(40l)を小量ずつ加えた。得られたスラリーを0℃ に冷却しそしてこの温度で一夜撹拌した。得られた固体を濾過し、水(3×25l )で洗浄しそして乾燥して標記化合物(14.42kg)を得た。 δ (DMSO-d6): 8.55(1H, d), 7.84(2H, m), 7.6-7.4(3H, m),5.90(2H,m), 5.0 2(1H, m), 3.60(1H, m), 2.58(1H, dt), 1.92(1H, dt) Mpt=86℃
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 工程a:式(VI)の化合物を適当な塩基で処理して式(V) の化合物を得、 工程b:得られた式(V)の化合物をルイス酸で処理し、次いで適当な水素化 物還元剤で還元して式(IV) の化合物を得、 工程C:得られた式(IV)の化合物を保護して式(III) 〔式中、Rは保護基(例えばアルアルキル基)である〕の化合物を得、 工程d:得られた式(III)の化合物を、第3アミドに複合することのできる ヒンダードヒドロホウ素化剤で処理し次いで過酸化物酸化して式(II) 〔式中、Rは保護基(例えばアルアルキル基)である〕の化合物 を得、 工程e:得られた式(II)の化合物を脱保護して式(I)の所望の化合物を得 ることからなる式(VI) の化合物から式(I) の化合物またはその塩(例えば塩酸塩)を製造する方法。 2. 式(V) の化合物をルイス酸で処理し次いで適当な水素化物還元剤で還元することからな る式(IV) の化合物を製造する方法。 3. ルイス酸が三塩化アルミニウムである請求項2記載の方法。 4. 式(V)の化合物を溶剤中で三塩化アルミニウムで処理し、次いで水素化ア ルミニウム還元剤(例えばジイソブチルアルミニウムヒドリド)で還元すること からなる請求項2記載の方法。 5.式(III) 〔式中、Rは保護基(例えばアルアルキル基)である〕の化合物を第3アミドに 複合することのできるヒンダードヒドロホウ素化剤で処理し次いで過酸化物酸化 することからなる式(II) 〔式中、Rは保護基(例えばアルアルキル基)である〕の化合物を製造する方法 。 6. ヒドロホウ素化剤がジシアミルボランである請求項5記載の方法。 7. 式(III)の化合物を溶剤(例えばエーテル溶剤)中でジシアミルボランで 処理し次いで過酸化物酸化(例えば過酸水素を使用して)することからなる請求 項5記載の方法。 8. 式(X) の化合物をR‐(+)‐α‐メチルベンジルアミンで処理して式(XIII) の化合物を得、そして得られた式(XIII)の化合物を塩基性の条件下で加水分 解して式(IX)の所望の化合物を得ることからなる、式(IX) の化合物を製造する方法。 9. シス‐4‐((R)‐ベンゾイルアミノ)‐2‐シクロペンテンカルボン酸 メチルエステル(式(VI)の化合物)。 10.式(II)、(III)、(IV)、(V)、(VII)、(IX)、(X)、(XI)お よび(XIII)の化合物。
