(57)【要約】 【目的】本発明の目的は、高級感のある車両床敷用カー
ペットを安価に提供することにある。 【構成】下地材１３の所定位置に高価なカーペット１２
Ａと安価なカーペット１２Ｂとを載せて車両床形状に適
合する形状に一体成形する。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は自動車等の車両の床に敷
設されるカーペットに関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来は、図５および図６に示すように車
両床敷用カーペット(1) はカーペット本体(2) と、該カ
ーペット本体(2) に裏打ちされている下地材(3) とから
なり、車両床形状に適合する形状に成形されている。該
下地材(3) としては例えばポリエチレンシートが用いら
れる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の車両床敷用カー
ペット(1) はカーペット本体(2) が全面的に同質であ
り、人目に触れない場所までも高価なカーペットを使用
しているので経済的にみて望ましくないと云う問題点が
ある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は上記従来の課題
を解決するための手段として、下地材(13)上の所定位置
にタフトカーペット(12A) とニードルパンチカーペット
(12B) とを配置し、車両床形状に適合する形状に成形さ
れている車両床敷用カーペット(11)を提供するものであ
る。

【作用】人目に触れる場所には高価なカーペット(12A)
を使用し、人目に触れない場所には安価なカーペット(1
2B) を使用するので材料費が節減されるが、共通の下地
材(13)上に両者を配置して一体的に成形するので製造工
程も短縮される。

【実施例】本発明を図１〜図３に示す一実施例によって
説明すれば、自動車床敷用カーペット(11)の本体(12)は
前部がループパイルまたはカットパイルを有する高価な
タフトカーペット(12A) であり、後部は安価なニードル
パンチカーペット(12B) である。そして下地材(13)とし
てはタフトカーペット(12A) の基布(14)を後部まで延長
し、更に該基布(14)の裏面にポリエチレンシート(15)を
裏打ちする。上記タフトカーペット(12A) の基布(14)と
ポリエチレンシート(15)とからなる下地材(13)の後部に
上記ニードルパンチカーペット(12B) の裏面にポリエチ
レンフィルム、ポリアミドフィルム等のホットメルトフ
ィルム(16)を裏打ちして載置し、図２に示すように自動
車床形状に適合する形状に一体的に加熱成形する。該タ
フトカーペット(12A) は成形と同時にホットメルトフィ
ルム(16)によって下地材(13)のタフトカーペット(12A)
の基布(14)延長部分(14A) に接着されている。
【０００７】上記実施例において、タフトカーペット(1
2A) の基布(14)の目付は１００〜１５０ｇ／ｍ2 、ポリ
エチレンシート(15)の重量は２５０〜５００ｇ／ｍ2 、
ニードルパンチカーペット(12B) の目付は２００〜５０
０ｇ／ｍ2 、ホットメルトフィルム(16)の重量は３０〜
６０ｇ／ｍ2 である。このようにして図３に示すように
人目に触れる前部には高価なタフトカーペット(12A) が
配置され、人目につかない後部には安価なニードルパン
チカーペット(12B) が配置された自動車床敷用カーペッ
ト(11)が提供される。
【０００８】上記実施例以外、図４に示すように下地材
(23)として例えば目付２０〜６０ｇ／ｍ2 の不織布、目
付３００〜７００ｇ／ｍ2 の高剛性フェルト、重量１０
０〜２００ｇ／ｍ2 のポリラミ紙、チップ成形品等の単
独またはこれらの二種以上を積層したものを使用しても
よいし、該下地材(23)には更にポリエチレンシート(24)
が裏打ちされてもよい。本実施例では上記下地材(23)の
前部にタフトカーペット(22A) を載置し、後部にニード
ルパンチカーペット(22B) を載置するが、タフトカーペ
ット(22A) およびニードルパンチカーペット(22B) のい
ずれも裏面には前実施例と同様なホットメルトフィルム
(25A,25B) を裏打ちして一体加熱成形と同時に該下地材
(23)にタフトカーペット(22A) およびニードルパンチカ
ーペット(22B) が該ホットメルトフィルム(25A,25B) を
介して接着されるようにする。

【発明の効果】本発明では車両床敷用カーペットの材料
が節減されるが該カーペットの高級感は維持出来る。そ
して該カーペットも簡単な型で製造出来る。
