Description
Claims (3)
- 1.本質的に同軸に配置されたパンチ(4)と、金型凹部(9)を備えた金型( 3)と金床(5)とそれらの同軸的な相対移動によって協働する、2つ又はいく つかのシート成形部材を積み重ねて接合するための方法であって、a.前記積み 重ねられたシート形成部材(1,2)をパンチ(4)と金型(3)との間に配置 し、b.前記パンチ(4)に、前記金型(3)に同軸的に向かう第1の方向にお ける第1の相対移動を遂行させ、c.パンチ(4)の本質的に円柱状の芯部分( 6)を、金型凹部(9)に向かう移動中に金型凹部(9)と共に作用させて、シ ート成形部材を引き延ばすことによって、側壁部分及び底壁部分(12)を備え たカップ形状部分又は突出部分(10)を形成し、 d.前記金床(5)を、前記金型に対して第2の方向に相対移動させ、金型に対 する所定の位置に固定し、e.前記パンチ(4)に、前記金型(3)に同軸的に 向かう第1方向における第2の相対移動を遂行させ、前記パンチ(4)と前記金 床(5)との間の力によって前記底壁部分を圧縮し、それによって、シート成形 部材(1,2)を機械的に相互にかみ合わせる横方向拡大形状を形成する工程か ら成り、 前記パンチの前記芯部分(6)の後端の周りに、横方向拡大部(8)を設け、前 記行程cの間、主として上側シート成形部材(1)のカップ状の又は突起した部 分(10)の開口(11)の周りの領域から材料を金型(3)に向けて軸方向に 変形し、押し出すようにした ことを特徴とする2つ又は複数の積み重なったシート成形材料を接合する方法。
- 2.金型の頂部の表面に平坦な部分を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲1に記 載の2つ又は複数の積み重なったシート成形材料を接合する方法。
- 3.前記横方向伸長部(8)が、工程eの間にその変形動作を完了させることを 特徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の2つ又は複数の積み重なったシート成形材料を 接合する方法。
