Description

Claims (23)
- ブランクから構造体を成形する工具であって、
ブランクを受け入れるように動作可能なキャビティであって、該キャビティは関節部及びキャビティベースを含み、該関節部は該キャビティベースに可動に接続され、前記キャビティは、前記キャビティベースに対する前記関節部の移動を制御する少なくとも1つのキャビティばねを含む、キャビティと、
前記キャビティに動作可能に接続されるコアであって、該コアは、構造体になるように前記ブランクを少なくとも部分的に成形するために、前記キャビティに入るように動作可能であり、前記コアは、コアベース及び該コアベースに可動に接続されるノーズを含み、前記コアは、前記コアベースに対する前記ノーズの移動を制御する少なくとも1つのコアばねを含む、コアと、
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つのキャビティばねは第1の強度を有し、前記少なくとも1つのコアばねは第2の強度を有し、前記第1の強度は前記第2の強度よりも大きい、工具。 - 前記キャビティばねは、前記キャビティベースの表面に接触する第1の端部及び前記関節部の表面に接触する第2の端部を有し、前記コアばねは、前記コアベースの表面に接触する第1の端部及び前記ノーズの表面に接触する第2の端部を有する、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記キャビティは、前記構造体の少なくとも1つの側壁を成形する少なくとも1つの側壁を含み、前記構造体は前記ブランクから成形される三次元容器である、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記工具は、前記キャビティ及び前記コアから少なくとも部分的に形成される射出キャビティを含み、該射出キャビティは前記ブランクの周囲の少なくとも一部の周りに液体樹脂を受け入れるためのものである、請求項1に記載の工具。
- 前記射出キャビティは、前記構造体のフランジに射出成形バンドを成形するためのものである、請求項4に記載の工具。
- 前記射出キャビティは、前記射出成形バンドから延びると共に前記構造体の隅部を少なくとも部分的に画定する射出成形ストリップを成形するためのものである、請求項5に記載の工具。
- 前記少なくとも1つのキャビティばねは、該キャビティばねの各端部間に第1の長さを有し、前記少なくとも1つのコアばねは、該コアばねの各端部間に第2の長さを有し、前記第1の長さは前記第2の長さよりも長い、請求項2に記載の工具。
- 前記第1の長さは少なくとも175ミリメートルであり、前記第2の長さは少なくとも30ミリメートルである、請求項7に記載の工具。
- 前記少なくとも1つのキャビティばねは第1の直径を有し、前記少なくとも1つのコアばねは第2の直径を有し、前記第1の直径及び前記第2の直径はほぼ等しい、請求項8に記載の工具。
- 前記コアは、前記少なくとも1つの側壁と協働して、前記構造体になるように前記ブランクを少なくとも部分的に成形する表面を有し、該表面は前記コアベースの外側表面の一部及び前記ノーズの外側表面の一部を含み、該コアベースの該外側表面及び該ノーズの該外側表面は間隙を少なくとも部分的に形成するように離間している、請求項3に記載の工具。
- 前記構造体になるように前記ブランクを成形する前に、前記間隙を前記コアベースと前記ノーズとの間に第1の距離だけ画定し、前記間隙は、前記コアを前記ブランクに押し付けて前記少なくとも1つのコアばねを圧縮した後で、前記コアベースと前記ノーズとの間に第2の距離だけ画定される、請求項10に記載の工具。
- 前記間隙が前記第2の距離に維持されると共に、前記コアが前記キャビティにさらに移動して、前記構造体になるように前記ブランクを成形する、請求項11に記載の工具。
- ブランクから構造体を成形する方法であって、
ブランクを用意するステップ、
成形工具内に前記ブランクを入れるステップであって、該成形工具は、関節部、キャビティベース、及び該キャビティベースに対する該関節部の移動を制御する少なくとも1つのキャビティばねを有するキャビティと、コアベース、ノーズ、及び該コアベースに対する該ノーズの移動を制御する少なくとも1つのコアばねを有するコアとを備える、成形工具内に前記ブランクを入れるステップ、及び
前記ブランクが前記成形工具内にある状態のまま該成形工具を閉じるステップ、
を含み、
前記成形工具を閉じるステップは、前記少なくとも1つのコアばねを圧縮するように前記コアを前記ブランクに押し付けるステップ、及び、前記関節部を前記キャビティベースに対して移動させるように前記コアをさらに移動させるステップを含み、前記少なくとも1つのコアばねを圧縮してから、前記コアを前記キャビティに嵌め入れ、前記構造体への前記ブランクの成形を完了する、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのコアばねを圧縮してから、前記キャビティベースに対して前記関節部を移動させる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記成形工具を閉じるステップは、前記構造体を少なくとも部分的に成形するように前記ブランクを前記キャビティの表面に押し付けるステップを含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ブランクを前記キャビティの前記表面に押し付けるステップは、前記構造体への前記ブランクの成形を完了するステップを含み、該構造体への該ブランクの成形を完了するステップは、前記少なくとも1つのキャビティばねを十分に圧縮するステップを含む、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記成形工具は、前記キャビティ及び前記コアから少なくとも部分的に形成される射出キャビティをさらに含み、前記方法は、前記構造体のフランジを成形するステップ、及び、該フランジ上に少なくとも1つのフィンガを射出成形するステップをさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記コアは、前記コアベースの外側表面の一部及び前記ノーズの外側表面の一部を含む表面を有し、前記コアベースの前記外側表面及び前記ノーズの前記外側表面は、間隙を少なくとも部分的に画定するように離間し、前記ノーズの前記外側表面と前記コアベースの前記外側表面との間の前記間隙は、前記少なくとも1つのコアばねの圧縮及び前記コアベースに対する前記ノーズの移動によって小さくなる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記コアを前記キャビティ内に嵌め入れる前に、前記間隙は小さくなる、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記コアの前記表面は、前記構造体になるように前記ブランクを少なくとも部分的に成形するように該ブランクを前記キャビティの表面に押し付ける、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記コアの前記移動は、前記構造体になるように前記ブランクを少なくとも部分的に成形することを含み、該コアの該移動により、前記キャビティの前記関節部を前記キャビティベースに対して移動させる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのキャビティばねは、前記少なくとも1つのコアばねが圧縮された後に圧縮される、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記キャビティばねは第1の強度を有し、前記コアばねは第2の強度を有し、前記第1の強度は前記第2の強度よりも大きい、請求項13に記載の方法。
