本发明一种防滑垫成型模具,包括定模板、定模芯、动模板、动模芯、动模垫板,注料通道设计在定模板和定模芯上且与产品成型腔相通,动模芯由浮动动模芯和固定动模芯组成;浮动动模芯内表面四周设有成型产品压条框用的下凹腔,浮动动模芯的底部设弹性组件;还包括产品顶出机构。浮动动模芯内表面四周设有成型产品压条框用的下凹腔,成型之后的布料处被压条框压住,保证本体和布料连接牢固,布料的边缘不容易掉出布丝,提高了产品品质;也方便修剪,修剪后边缘整齐,质量可靠。将注料通道设计在定模上,便于动模增加顶出机构,无需通过人工扯拉产品,方便产品顶出。本发明属于模具技术领域。

技术领域
本发明属于模具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于生产布料位于塑料本体下方的防滑垫成型模具。
背景技术
在日常生活中,很多地方都会用到防滑垫,特别是在浴室中。现在大多数浴室、澡堂的地面贴有瓷砖,瓷砖的表面很光滑,再加上洗浴时流出来的水,会使得瓷砖更加滑,使用者很容易滑倒。
目前一些企业针对上述问题设计出了相应的防滑垫,例如一种防滑垫,采用橡胶本体,橡胶(PVC.TPR)本体背面布置有吸盘,本体的正面装上具有防滑功能的布料,布料粘贴在本体上,吸盘一体成型在本体上,由于成型该防滑垫模具的注料口在吸盘中心处,并且吸盘成型在下模上(动模上),所以无法再在吸盘处设计顶出装置,只能开模后,通过人工将防滑垫从模具上扯下来,扯的过程中可能造成防滑垫损坏和班产效率低下。另外,现有的这种结构的模具成型得到的防滑垫,布料粘贴在本体的正面,吸盘在本体的背面,由于布料裸露在本体的正面,边缘贴合不牢固,导致现有的防滑垫裁剪后的布料边缘容易掉出布丝,同时人工修剪,边缘不齐,有毛刺,影响产品品质,所以现有的模具生产得到的产品品质有待提升。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种防滑垫成型模具,能够方便的将产品顶出,同时保证产品和布料连接牢固、边缘整齐,质量可靠。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种防滑垫成型模具,包括定模和动模,所述的定模包括定模板和定模芯,所述的动模包括动模板、动模芯、动模垫板,定模芯和动模芯结合形成产品成型腔;所述的注料通道设计在定模板和定模芯上且与产品成型腔相通,所述的动模芯由浮动动模芯和固定动模芯组成,所述的定模芯和浮动动模芯之间用于成型防滑垫本体,浮动动模芯和固定动模芯之间用于成型防滑垫的吸盘;所述的浮动动模芯内表面四周设有成型产品压条框用的下凹腔,浮动动模芯的底部设弹性组件;还包括产品顶出机构。
所述的浮动动模芯上设有与防滑垫上的吸盘形状相配的通孔,固定动模芯上设有与防滑垫吸盘内腔形状相配的球面镶件,通孔和球面镶件配合成型防滑垫吸盘;所述的顶出机构包括顶板和顶针,顶针安装在顶板上,所述的顶针自下而上穿过动模垫板、球面镶件且与球面镶件活动配合。
所述的弹性组件为螺旋弹簧,安装在固定动模芯上,螺旋弹簧的上端与浮动动模芯的底部相抵。
所述的注料通道呈外端口大内端口小设计。
所述的定模芯内表面四周设有成型产品正面封闭挡圈的上凹腔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明防滑垫成型模具,浮动动模芯内表面四周设有成型产品压条框用的下凹腔,优点是成型之后的布料处被压条框压住,保证本体和布料连接牢固,布料的边缘不容易掉出布丝,提高了产品品质;也方便修剪,修剪后边缘整齐,质量可靠。将注料通道设计在定模上,相当于是在成型后的防滑垫的正面注入料液,在防滑垫的背面增加顶出机构,无需通过人工扯拉产品,方便产品顶出。

具体实施方式
以下为本发明较佳实施例,但并不因此而限定本发明的保护范围。
参照图1-图8所示,一种防滑垫成型模具,包括定模和动模,所述的定模包括定模板1和定模芯2,所述的动模包括动模板3、动模芯、动模垫板5,定模芯2和动模芯结合形成产品成型腔6;所述的注料通道7设计在定模板1和定模芯2上且与产品成型腔6相通,所述的动模芯由浮动动模芯4.1和固定动模芯4.2组成,所述的定模芯2和浮动动模芯4.1之间用于成型防滑垫本体,浮动动模芯4.1和固定动模芯4.2之间用于成型防滑垫的吸盘;所述的浮动动模芯4.1内表面四周设有成型产品压条框用的下凹腔4.1.1,浮动动模芯4.1的底部设弹性组件;还包括产品顶出机构。
所述的浮动动模芯4.1上设有与防滑垫上的吸盘形状相配的通孔4.1.2,固定动模芯4.2上设有与防滑垫吸盘内腔形状相配的球面镶件4.2.1,通孔4.1.2和球面镶件4.2.1配合成型防滑垫吸盘;所述的顶出机构包括顶板8.1和顶针8.2,顶针8.2安装在顶板8.1上,所述的顶针8.2自下而上穿过动模垫板5、球面镶件4.2.1且与球面镶件4.2.1活动配合。
所述的弹性组件9为螺旋弹簧,安装在固定动模芯4.2上,螺旋弹簧的上端与浮动动模芯4.1的底部相抵。开模时,浮动动模芯4.1在弹性组件9的作用下向上运动一定的距离,目的是让防滑垫10上的吸盘10.2脱离球面镶件4.2.1,便于顶出机构将防滑垫10顶出。
所述的注料通道7呈外端口大内端口小设计。增强内端口的喷射力度和压力,有利于将料液穿过布料10.1成型吸盘10.2。
所述的定模芯2内表面四周设有成型产品正面封闭挡圈的上凹腔2.1。该结构的优点是,生产得到的防滑垫10的正面有下凹状,例如将防滑垫放置在厨房门口使用,有水滴落在防滑垫上,由于防滑垫10正面呈下凹状,可以储存部分水分,避免水流到地板上,造成地板被水浸泡而损坏。
本发明生产得到的防滑垫10与现有技术差别的地方有,1、布料10.1位于本体10.4和吸盘10.2之间,而现有技术是本体位于吸盘和布料之间;2、布料10.1的边缘设有压条框10.3,而现有技术的布料时裸露的。不同的产品对应的模具也不一样,本发明的模具具有如下优点:1、浮动动模芯4.1内表面四周设有成型产品压条框10.3用的下凹腔4.1.1,保证成型之后的布料10.1处被压条框10.3压住,保证本体10.4和布料10.1连接牢固,布料10.1的边缘不容易掉出布丝,提高了产品品质;也方便修剪,修剪后边缘整齐,质量可靠。2、将注料通道7设计在定模上,相当于是在成型后的防滑垫10的正面注入料液,在防滑垫10的背面增加顶出机构,无需通过人工扯拉产品,方便产品顶出。
本发明的工作原理是:结合图3所示,先将布料10.1放在模具的产品成型腔6内,合模。将料液从注料通道7进入到产品成型腔6内,料液充满整个型腔,保温保压一定时间后脱模,脱模时,浮动动模芯4.1在弹性组件9的作用下被顶起,防滑垫10的吸盘10.2与球面镶件4.2.1分离,然后顶板8.1带动顶针8.2向上运动,穿出球面镶件4.2.1的端面顶住吸盘10.2继续向上运动,由于吸盘10.2采用软性材料(橡胶、硅胶)制成,具有变形,在顶针8.2的作用下,变形从浮动动模芯4.1的通孔4.1.2脱离,防滑垫10被全部顶出。

1.一种防滑垫成型模具,包括定模和动模,所述的定模包括定模板(1)和定模芯(2),所述的动模包括动模板(3)、动模芯、动模垫板(5),定模芯(2)和动模芯结合形成产品成型腔(6);其特征在于:注料通道(7)设计在定模板(1)和定模芯(2)上且与产品成型腔(6)相通,所述的动模芯由浮动动模芯(4.1)和固定动模芯(4.2)组成,所述的定模芯(2)和浮动动模芯(4.1)之间用于成型防滑垫本体,浮动动模芯(4.1)和固定动模芯(4.2)之间用于成型防滑垫的吸盘;所述的浮动动模芯(4.1)内表面四周设有成型产品压条框用的下凹腔(4.1.1),浮动动模芯(4.1)的底部设弹性组件;还包括产品顶出机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防滑垫成型模具,其特征在于:所述的浮动动模芯(4.1)上设有与防滑垫上的吸盘形状相配的通孔(4.1.2),固定动模芯(4.2)上设有与防滑垫吸盘内腔形状相配的球面镶件(4.2.1),通孔(4.1.2)和球面镶件(4.2.1)配合成型防滑垫吸盘;所述的顶出机构包括顶板(8.1)和顶针(8.2),顶针(8.2)安装在顶板(8.1)上,所述的顶针(8.2)自下而上穿过动模垫板(5)、球面镶件(4.2.1)且与球面镶件(4.2.1)活动配合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防滑垫成型模具,其特征在于:所述的弹性组件(9)为螺旋弹簧,安装在固定动模芯(4.2)上,螺旋弹簧的上端与浮动动模芯(4.1)的底部相抵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防滑垫成型模具,其特征在于:所述的注料通道(7)呈外端口大内端口小设计。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防滑垫成型模具,其特征在于:所述的定模芯(2)内表面四周设有成型产品正面封闭挡圈的上凹腔(2.1)。
