Abstract
본 발명은 펀치(4)와, 다이 공동(9)을 갖춘 다이(3)와, 모루(5)가 동축적으로 배열되고 그 동축적인 상대운동에 의해 공동작용하여 둘 이상의 중첩판 형성부재(1,2)를 접합하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법이 a, 상기 중첩판 형성부재(1,2)가 펀치(4) 및 다이(3) 사이에 위치하고, b. 상기 펀치(4)가 상기 다이(3)를 향해 동축적으로 제1방향으로 제1상대운동을 수행하고, c. 펀치(4)의 원통형 코어부분(6)이 다이 공동 (9)과 공동작용함으로써 상기 판 형성부재(1,2)의 인발에 의해 다이 공동(9)의 방향으로 이동하는 동안 측벽 부분과 바닥벽 부분(12)을 구비하는 컵형상 돌출부(10)를 형성하고, d. 상기 모루(5)는 제2방향으로 상기 다이에 대해 상대운동을 하고, 다이에 대해 사전 설정된 위치에서 고정되며, e. 상기 펀치(4)는 상기다이(3)쪽으로 상기 제1방향으로 제2상대운동을 수행하고, 상기펀치(4) 및상기 모루(5)간의 힘에 의해 상기 바닥벽 부분을 압축함으로써 판 형성부재(1,2)를 기계적으로 상호고정하는 폭방향 확대 형상을 형성하는 단계로 구성되는 둘 이상의 중첩판형성부재 접합방법에 있어서, 상기 펀치에는, 사이 코어부분의 후방단부 둘레에서, 상기 단계 c에서 다이(3)의 방향에서 축방햐응로 상부 판 형성부재(1)의 컵형상 돌출부(10)의 개구(11) 둘레의 영역으로부터 재로를 변형시키고 변위시키는 폭방향 연장부(8)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중첩판 형성부재 접합방법에 관한 것이다.

제4도는 이동가능한 측부압착 및 폭방향 연장요소를 갖춘 본 발명에 따른 펀치의 도시도.
Claims (3)
- 펀치(4)와, 다이 공동(9)을 갖춘 다이(3)와, 모루(5)가 동축적으로 배열되고 그 동축적인 상대운동에 의해 공동작용하여 둘 이상의 중첩판 형성부재(1,2)를 접합하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법이 a. 상기 중첩판 형성부재(1,2)가 펀치(4) 및 다이(30 사이에 위치하고, b. 상기 펀치(4)가 상기 다이(3)를 향해 동축적으로 제1방향으로 제1상대운동을 수행하고, C. 펀치(4)의 원통형 코어부분(6)이 다이 공동(9)과 공동작용함으로써 상기 판형성부재(1,2)의 인발에 의해 다이 공동(9)의 방향으로 이동하는 동안 측벽 부분과 바닥벽 부분(12)을 구비하는 컵형상 돌출부(10)를 형성하고, d. 상기 모루(5)는 제2방향으로 상기 다이에 대해 상대운동을 하고, 다이에대해 사전설정된 위치에서 고정되며, e. 상기 펀치(4)는 상기 다이(3)쪽으로 동축적으로 상기 제1방향으로 제2상대운동을 수행하고, 상기 펀치(4) 및 상기 모루(5)간의 힘에 의해 상기 바닥벽 부분을 압축함으로써 판형성부재 (1,2)를 기계적으로 상호고정하는 폭방향 확대 형상을 형성하는 단계로 구성되는 둘 이상의 중첩판형성부재 접합방법에 있어서, 상기 펀치에는, 상기 코어부분의 후방단부 둘레에서, 상기 단계 c에서 다이 (3)의 방향에서 축방향으로 상부 판 형성부재(1)의 컵형상 돌출부(10)의 개구(11) 둘레의 영역으로부터 재료를 변형시키고 변위시키는 폭방향 연장부(8)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 중첩판 형성부재 접합방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다이는 편평한 상부면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 중첩판 형성부재 접합방법.
