Description
Claims (7)
- 1.ニオビウム、タンタル、バナジウムからなるグルーブから選択された金属の 鉄合金から、前記の所望の金属を回収する方法であって、 a)鉄合金を、充分な高温で、充分に長時間、酸素を含まない水素含有ガス中で 反応させ、鉄合金を砕けやすく、予め選択した大きさの粒子に細分化できるよう にし、b)水素化合した鉄合金を、充分な高温・高圧で、充分に長時間、酸素を 含まない窒素含有ガス中で反応させ、窒化鉄と所望の窒化金属を生成し、 c)生成した窒化金属化合物から、窒化鉄化合物を分離し、d)窒化金属を、充 分な温度に加熱して、所望の窒化金属化合物を脱窒し、 e)脱窒した金属を含む生成物を、無酸素状態で充分な温度に加熱して金属を溶 解し、 f)溶解した金属を冷却し、金属を回収する工程を含む方法。
- 2.鉄合金中の鉄の含有率が約20〜約40重量%である、請求項1記載の方法 。
- 3.水素化合した鉄合金を、窒素含有ガスと反応させる前に、約140メッシユ 未満の大きさに細分化する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 4.窒化反応を約500℃〜約1400℃の温度で、充分な時間行い、窒化物を 強磁性にする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 5.窒化鉄を、酸浸出水溶液中で溶解することによって、他の窒化物から分離す る、請求項1記載の方法。
- 6.使用する酸が、塩酸である、請求項5記載の方法。
- 7.酸浸出水溶液がフッ素イオンを含有する、請求項6記載の方法。
