(57)【要約】 【目的】 スライドシャフトを１つのブラケットで保持
可能とするとともに、ブラケットをプラスチック成形す
る成形型を安価にする。 【構成】 スライドするシャフトは、ブラケットに設け
られた３つの不連続保持面ａ〜ｃにより保持される。

【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、スライドシャフトの保
持装置に関し、特に電子機器等に於て運動する軸の保持
を行うプラスチック成形加工により製作されたスライド
シャフト保持装置に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来のプラスチック成形加工にて製造さ
れたスライドシャフトの保持装置は、図３に示す様にブ
ラクット５のシャフト２を通す穴部ｄが抜きテーパを有
している事からシャフト２が傾く為図３に示す様に筺体
４に固定された複数のブラケット５により一本のシャフ
ト２を保持していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】従来の保持装置はブラ
ケットが複数必要である為に高価になると共にブラケッ
ト５をプラスチック成形するする型の構造もスライドコ
アが必要であることから複雑であった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明のスライドシャフ
ト保持装置は、中心軸に対しシャフトを一方の側から摺
動可能に保持する第１および第２の保持面ならびに他方
の側から摺動可能に保持し前記第１および第２の保持面
の間に位置する第３の保持面をプラスチック成形のブラ
ケットに設けたことを特徴とする。

【実施例】次に、本発明について図面を参照して説明す
る。
【０００６】図１は本発明の一実施例のスライドシャフ
ト保持装置の斜視図、図２は本実施例の使用状態を示す
断面図である。
【０００７】本実施例ではブラケット１に設けた３つの
不連続保持面である保持部ａ，保持部ｃ，保持部ｂによ
りシャフト２が保持される。
【０００８】保持部ａ〜ｃはシャフト２が嵌合する大き
さの円筒形凹面の半分割面からなり保持面ａ，ｃは下向
きに設けられ、保持面ｂは上向きに保持面ａ，ｃの間に
位置するように設けられている。
【０００９】シャフト２は保持面ａ〜ｃにより摺動可能
に保持され軸方向Ａに力が加えられるとシャフト２の一
端に位置する部品３に力が伝えられる。

【発明の効果】以上説明した様に、本発明のスライドシ
ャフト保持装置は、保持部を３分渇したことから、プラ
スチック成形によってもテーパのない保持面が得られ１
個のブラケットで一本のシャフトを保持できるため部品
コスト，組立コストの安価な保持装置が提供出来る。
【００１１】またプラスチック成形の型の構造について
も従来のスライドシャフト保持装置の場合シャフトを保
持する穴が筺体に取付ける穴のどちらかをスライドコア
ーにする必要があり複雑な型構造となるが、本発明のス
ライドシャフト保持装置は、スライドコアーを必要とせ
ず単純な型構造であり型費用も安価である。

  1. 【請求項１】 中心軸に対しシャフトを一方の側から摺
    動可能に保持する第１および第２の保持面ならびに他方
    の側から摺動可能に保持し前記第１および第２の保持面
    の間に位置する第３の保持面をプラスチック成形のブラ
    ケットに設けたことを特徴とするスライドシャフト保持
    装置。
