Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 1.多数の官能基をポリマー主鎖に沿って分布させた実質的に鎖状の有機ポリマ ーであって、それら官能基を介してその非活性部分の硫酸化グリコサミノグリカ ン類群からの少なくとも約20分子が共有結合を通して結合されているものより 成る実質的に水溶性の生物学的に活性な接合体。
- 2.前記ポリマーが天然または合成のポリペプチド、多糖体または脂肪族ポリマ ーに由来する請求項1記載の接合体。
- 3.前記ポリマー鎖がポリリジン、ポリオルニチン、キトサン、ポリイミンまた はポリアリルアミンに由来する請求項2記載の接合体。
- 4.グリコサミノグリカン類が実質的に単結合を介して、好ましくは末端でポリ マー主鎖に結合されている請求項1、2または3記載の接合体。
- 5.グリコサミノグリカン類が該グリコサミノグリカン類に結合したアミノ基を 介したポリマー主鎖に結合されている請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の接合体。
- 6.接合体がそのグリコサミノグリカン類の故に、水に溶解された場合に実質的 にその全長に沿って正荷電基体表面に静電的相互作用により実質的に不可逆的に 結合され得るのに十分なポリ陰イオン特性を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜 5のいずれかに記載の接合体。
- 7.少なくとも30グリコサミノグリカン残基を有する請求項1〜6のいずれか に記載の接合体。
- 8.少なくとも100グリコサミノグリカン残基を有する請求項7記載の接合体 。
- 9.前記グリコサミノグリカンがヘパリンまたはその断片または誘導体である請 求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の接合体。
- 10.グリコサミノグリカン残基が結合配列を介してポリマー主鎖に結合される 請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の接合体。
- 11.前記結合配列がヘテロ−二官能性結合試薬に由来する請求項10記載の接 合体。
- 12.ポリマー主鎖がグリコサミノグリカン類のほかに少なくとも一つの付加的 な生物学的に活性な物質の残基を担持する請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の接 合体。
- 13.接合体が多数の官能基をポリマー主鎖に沿って分布させた実質的に直鎖状 の有機ポリマーであって、それら官能基を介して硫酸化グリコサミノグリカン類 群からの多数の分子が共有結合を通して結合されているものより成り、該接合体 は好ましくは該接合体と基体表面との間の静電的相互作用により表面に結合され ていることを特徴とする、表面にアフィニティー結合された生物学的に活性な接 合体より成る調製された基体表面。
- 14.生物学的に活性な接合体が請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の接合体であ る請求項13記載の調製された基体表面。
- 15.多数の官能基をポリマー一主鎖に沿って分布させた実質的に直鎖状の有機 ポリマーを準備し、そしてこれら官能基に、所望により結合剤を介して、その非 活性部分の硫酸化グリコサミノグリカン類群からの多数の分子を共有結合的に結 合させることより成ることを特徴とする、硫酸アグリコサミノグリカン類群から の多数の分子を担持する実質的に直鎖状の有機ポリマーより成る生物学的に活性 な接合体の調製方法。
- 16.多数の官能基をポリマー主鎖に沿って分布された実質的に鎖状の有機ポリ マーであって、それら官能基を介して硫酸化グリコサミノグリカン類群からの多 数の分子が共有結合を通して結合されているものより成る接合体を該接合体に対 するアフィニティーを有する基体表面と、接合体がそこに実質的に不可逆的に結 合されるように接触させることを特徴とする、硫酸化グリコサミノグリカン類に よる表面の調製方法。
- 17.接合体がポリ陰イオン特性を有し、基体表面が陽イオン性である請求項1 6記載の方法。
- 18.治療剤として用いるための請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の生物学的に 活性な接合体。
