Claims (6)
- 1.粉末冶金によって製造され、以下の重量%で示す化学組成を有することを特 徴とする高速度鋼:C:2.2〜2.7 Si:微量〜最高1.0 Mn:微量〜最高1.0 Cr:3.5〜4.5 Mo:2.5〜4.5 W:2.5〜4.5 V:7.5〜9.5 及び実質的に鉄、通常量の不純物及び付帯元素のみから成る残余。
- 2.粉末冶金によって製造され、以下の重量%で示す化学組成を有することを特 徴とする請求項1記載の高速度鋼: C:2.25〜2.60 Si:微量〜最高1.0 Mn:微量〜最高1.0 Cr:3.7〜4.3 Mo:2.7〜3.3 W:3.7〜4.3 V:7.8〜9 及び実質的に鉄、通常量の不純物及び付帯元素のみから成る残余。
- 3.粉末冶金によって製造され、以下の重量%で示す化学組成を有することを特 徴とする請求項1記載の高速度鋼: C:2.3〜2.55 Si:最高50.7 Mn:最高0.5 Cr:3.8〜4.2 Mo:2.8〜3.2 W:3.8〜4.2 V:7.9〜8.5 及び実質的に鉄、通常量の不純物及び付帯元素から成る残余。
- 4.以下の公称組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の高速度鋼: C:2.5 Si:0.4 Mn:0.3 Cr:4 Mo:3 W:4 V:8 及び実質的に鉄、通常量の不純物及び付帯元素から成る残余。
- 5.以下の公称組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の高速度鋼: C:2.4 Si:0.4 Mn:0.3 Cr:4 Mo:3 W:4 V:8 及び実質的に鉄、通常量の不純物及び付帯元素のみから成る残余。
- 6.1000〜1250℃の温度から焼入れを行い、室温に冷却し、そして50 0〜600℃での焼戻し後に58〜60HRCの硬度を有し、また前記熱処理後 に10〜20容量%の主としてV炭化物の形のMC炭化物を含んでいることを特 徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の高速度鋼。
