Claims (14)
- 1.少なくとも1種の金属または金属酸化物を含む硫化可能触媒の多孔質粒子を 予備硫化する方法、この方法は (a)その多孔質触媒粒子を元素状硫黄と、その元素状硫黄が昇華及び/または 溶融によって触媒の細孔に導入されるような温度で接触させ、そして同時ないし は引き続いて (b)触媒粒子を150℃よりも高い温度において液状オレフィン系炭化水素の 存在下に加熱すること、からなる。
- 2.触媒が周期律長の第VIB族及び第VIII族からの金属の少なくとも1つ の酸化物を含む請求の範囲1の方法。
- 3.粉末状硫黄を工程(a)で使用する請求の範囲1の方法。
- 4.工程(a)を工程(b)の前に90℃ないし130℃の温度で実施する請求 の範囲1、2または3の方法。
- 5.工程(a)で使用される硫黄の量が、金属または金属酸化物を硫化物に転化 するのに必要とされる化学量論量の0.7ないし1.2倍である請求の範囲1、 2または3の方法。
- 6.工程(b)を工程(a)に引き続き200℃ないし325℃の温度で実施す る請求の範囲1、2または3の方法。

- 11.触媒を水素の存在下に200℃ないし425℃の温度に加熱して硫黄を金 属酸化物と反応せしめて金属硫化物を生成させ、それによって炭化水素流を水素 処理及び/または水素添加分解するかまたは硫黄含有ガス流をテールガス処理す るために適当な触媒を与えるさらなる工程を含む請求の範囲1の方法。
- 12.水素の存在下での加熱は少なくとも一部は炭化水素の存在下で実施して、 炭化水素流を水素処理または水素添加分解処理するための触媒を与える請求の範 囲11の方法。
