Claims (41)
- 1.(a)細胞培養培地の成分を1個あるいはそれ以上の適合サブグループに分 割し、上記適合サブグループは: i.酸可溶性サブグループ ii.弱酸塩基可溶性サブグループ iii.グルタミン含有サブグループ iv.アルコール可溶性サブグループ v.アルカリ可溶性サブグループ、およびvi.補足物含有サブグループ; を含み、 (b)上記細胞培養培地を得るために工程(a)で得られたそれぞれのサブグル ープの充分量を充分量の希釈剤と共に混合することを含む細胞培養培地の製造法 。
- 2.(a)細胞培養培地の成分を1画あるいはそれ以上の適合サブグループに分 割し、上記適合サブグループは: i.酸可溶性サブグループ ii.弱酸塩基可溶性サブグループ iii.グルタミン含有サブグループ iv.アルコール可溶性サブグループ v.アルカリ可溶性サブグループ、およびvi.補足物含有サブグループ; を含み、 (b)上記サブグループを担体に溶解し、各々のサブグループをぞれぞれの担体 中に含む濃縮溶液を得、 (c)上記細胞培養培地を得るために工程(b)で得られたそれぞれのサブグル ープの充分量を充分量の希釈剤と共に混合することを含む細胞培養培地の製造法 。

- 4.細胞培養培地が1x処方組成物である、請求項1または2記載の方法。

- 14.弱酸塩基可溶性サブグループが、pH約4から9で安定かつ可溶な成分を 含む、請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 15.酸塩基可溶性サブグループが、砂糖、デオキシリボース、リボース、ヌク レオチド、微量元素、脂質、フェノールレッド、ピルビン酸ナトリウム、HEP ES、Na2HPO4、NaC1、KC1、酢酸ナトリウムおよびチアミン以外 の水溶性ビタミン、アスコルビン酸またはD−パントテン酸Caからなる群から 選択される1個またはそれ以上の成分を含む、請求項14記載の方法。
- 16.グルタミン酸含有サブグループが、グルタミンおよび少なくとも1種の、 グルタミンを安定化させる量の二価カチオンを含む、請求項1または2記載の方 法。
- 17.上記二価カチオンがカルシウム、マグネシウムまたはマンガン、またはそ れらの組み合わせである、請求項16記載の方法。
- 18.上記サブグループがさらに塩化ナトリウム、またはD−パントテン酸Ca またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項16記載の方法。

- 22.細胞培養培地を得るために、充分量の水性希釈剤を、i.酸可溶性サブグ ループ ii.弱酸塩基可溶性サブグループ iii.グルタミン含有サブグループ iv.アルコール可溶性サブグループ v.アルカリ可溶性サブグループ、およびvi.補足物含有サブグループ を含む担体に溶解された成分の少なくとも1種のサブグループの充分量と混合す ることからなる、細胞培養培地製造法。

- 25.RPMI−1640培地を製造するために(a)RPMI−1640培地 の成分をサブグループに分割し、上記サブグループは i、酸可溶性サブグループ ii.弱酸塩基可溶性サブグループ iii.グルタミン含有サブグループ:を含み、 (b)上記適合成分のサブグループを担体に溶解し、各々のサブグループのぞれ ぞれの担体中の濃縮溶液を得: (c)工程(b)で得られたそれぞれのサブグループの充分量を充分量の希釈剤 と共に混合する ことを含むRPMI−1640培地の製造法。
- 26.DMEM培地を製造するために (a)DMEM培地の成分をサブグループに分割し、上記サブグループはi.酸 可溶性サブグループ ii.弱酸塩基可溶性サブグループ iii.グルタミン含有サブグループ:を含み、 (b)上記適合成分のサブグループを担体に溶解し、各々のサブグループのぞれ ぞれの担体中の濃縮溶液を得、 (c)工程(b)で得られたそれぞれのサブグループの充分量を充分量の希釈剤 と共に混合する ことを含むDMEM培地の製造法。
