Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.炭素、窒素、アミノ酸、無機イオン、微量元素および任意に脂質の同化源並 びに成長促進物質または調節物質を2−ヒドロキシ−2,4,6−シクロヘプタ トリエン−1−オンまたはその誘導体と混合された状態で含む動物細胞培養栄養 培地。 2.2−ヒドロキシ−2,4,6−シクロヘプタトリエン−1−オンまたはその 誘導体が、含まれている鉄に対して過剰のモル濃度で存在する、請求の範囲第1 項に記載の培地。 3.2−ヒドロキシ−2,4,6−シクロヘプタトリエン−1−オンまたはその 誘導体および鉄が、およそ5:1からおよそ70:1のモル比で存在する、請求 の範囲第2項に記載の培地。 4.動物細胞の持続的増殖のための先行する請求の範囲のいずれかの項に記載の 培地。 5.前記動物細胞が哺乳類細胞である、請求の範囲第4項に記載の培地。 6.前記哺乳類細胞がリンパ球細胞である、請求の範囲第5項に記載の培地。 7.前記リンパ球細胞がミエローマ細胞である、請求の範囲第6項に記載の培地 。 8.先行する請求の範囲のいずれかの項に記載の蛋白質非含有動物細胞培養培地 。 9.細胞培養によって動物細胞生成物を得る方法であって、該細胞培養は、 (1)該生成物を産生する動物細胞を、炭素、窒素、アミノ酸、鉄および他の無 機イオン、微量元素および任意に脂質の同化源並びに成長促進物質または調節物 質を2−ヒドロキシ−2,4,6−シクロヘプタトリエン−1−オンまたはその 誘導体と混合された状態で含む栄養培養培地で培養する工程と、 (2)該生成物が蓄積されるまで該培養を継続する工程と、 (3)該生成物を回収する工程とを含む細胞培養によって動物細胞生成物を得る 方法。
