４が設けられている。前記一対の側面１１ａ，１１ｂに
前記各頂点１３から他の対向する一対の側面のうち一方
の側面１１ｄに向って延びる半域水平折曲線１６が設け
られ、前記一方の側面１１ｄに前記各半域水平折曲線１
６と連結する全域水平折曲線１８が設けられている。ま
た側面１１ａの上部に外方へ突出する引剥爪１７が設け
られ、前記４つの側面１１ａ，１１ｂ，１１ｃ，１１ｄ
の裏面であって前記引剥爪１７に対応する部分に引剥用
ガイドテープが貼着されている。

Description

【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は箱型状の外側容器内に収納される密封状の箱型詰替容器に係り、とり わけ詰替作業等を容易に行うことができる箱型詰替容器に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来、洗剤容器として、箱型状の外側容器内に洗剤等を充填した洗剤容器が知 られている。この洗剤容器は外面に印刷が施された外側容器内に洗剤等を直接充 填するものであり、洗剤をすべて使用した場合は外側容器ごと廃棄している。
【０００３】 他方、外側容器内に、洗剤等を充填した内側袋または内側容器を収納するタイ プの洗剤容器も知られている。このタイプの洗剤容器の場合、外側容器内に収納 する前に、予め内側袋または内側容器を開封しておく必要があり、外側容器内に 収納する際、内側袋または内側容器から洗剤がこぼれてしまうことがある。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
上述のように、従来の洗剤容器として外側容器内に直接洗剤を充填するタイプ のものがあるが、洗剤を使用した後外側容器ごと廃棄しなければならず、省資源 の上で問題がある。また外側容器内に内側袋または内側容器を収納するタイプの 洗剤容器の場合、洗剤がこぼれ落ちたり、取扱上支障が生じている。
【０００５】 本考案はこのような点を考慮してなされたものであり、省資源を有効に図るこ とができるとともに、取扱いが容易な箱型詰替容器を提供することを目的とする 。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、箱型状の外側容器内に収納される密閉状の箱型詰替容器であって、 対向する一対の側面の各々に、底縁両端から斜め上方に延び山形を形成する一対 の傾斜折曲線と、前記山形の傾斜折曲線の頂点から上方へ延びる垂直折曲線を設 け、前記各垂直折曲線を各側面の上縁との間に所定の間隔を置いた終点で終了さ せ、前記一対の側面に前記各頂点から他の対向する一対の側面のうち一方の側面 に向って延びる半域水平折曲線を設け、前記一方の側面に前記各半域水平折曲線 と連結する全域水平折曲線を設け、４つの側面のうちのいずれかの上部に外方へ 突出する引剥爪を設け、前記４つの側面の裏面であって前記引剥爪に対応する部 分に引剥用ガイドテープを貼着したことを特徴としている。

【作用】
外側容器内に密閉状の箱型詰替容器を収納し、引剥爪を引張り、４つの側面の 上部を引剥用ガイドテープに沿って破断して開封する。内容物を使用した後、箱 型詰替容器を外側容器から取り出し、一対の側面を垂直折曲線に沿って内側へ折 曲げる。同時に一対の側面を、傾斜折曲線に沿って内側へ折曲げるとともに、半 域水平折曲線に沿って外側へ折曲げ、一方の側面を全域水平折曲線に沿って内側 へ折曲げ、コンパクトに折り畳む。

【実施例】
以下、図面を参照して本考案の実施例について説明する。図１乃至図３は本考 案による箱型詰替容器の一実施例を示す図である。
【０００９】 図１において、箱型詰替容器１０は、４つの側面１１ａ，１１ｂ，１１ｃ，１ １ｄと、上面１５と、底面とを有する厚紙袋の密閉構造となっており、内部に洗 剤等が充填されている。この箱型詰替容器１０は、プラスチック製の箱型状外側 容器２０内に収納されるようになっており、外側容器２０の上部には、プラスチ ック製蓋体２１が開閉自在に取付けられている。また外側容器２０の外面には、 内容物を表示するため印刷が施されている。
【００１０】 箱型詰替容器１０の対向する一対の側面、例えば側面１１ａ，１１ｂの各々に 、底縁両端から斜め上方に延び山形を形成する一対の傾斜折曲線１２ａ，１２ｂ が設けられている。この一対の傾斜折曲線１２ａ，１２ｂは、厚紙製の側面１１ ａ，１１ｂをこの傾斜折曲線に沿って折曲けるためのものである。また、側面１ １ａ，１１ｂには、一対の傾斜折曲線１２ａ，１２ｂの頂点１３から上方に向っ て延びる垂直折曲線１４が設けられ、この垂直折曲線１４は各側面１１ａ，１１ ｂ上縁との間に所定の間隙を置いた終点１４ａまで延びている。さらに、側面１ １ａ，１１ｂには、頂点１３から他の対向する一対の側面のうちの一方の側面、 例えば側面１１ｄに向って延びる半域水平折曲線１６が設けられている。なお、 図１においては、側面１１ａ，１１ｂのうち、側面１１ａの傾斜折曲線１２ａ， １２ｂ、垂直折曲線１４および半域水平折曲線１６のみが示されている。
【００１１】 また、一方の側面１１ｄには、水平方向に延びるとともに、側面１１ａ，１１ ｂに設けられた半域水平折曲線１６に連結する全域水平折曲線１８が設けられて いる。
【００１２】 さらに、側面１１ａの側縁上部には、外方へ突出する引剥爪１７が設けられて いる。この引剥爪１７は側面１１ａ，１１ｂ，１１ｃ，１１ｄの上部を開封する ものであり、側面１１ａ，１１ｂ，１１ｃ，１１ｄの裏面には、引剥爪１７に対 応する部分に引剥用ガイドテープ１９が貼着されている。この引剥用ガイドテー プ１９は、プラスチック製の帯状テープとなっており、引剥爪１７を引張ること により、側面１１ａ，１１ｂ，１１ｃ，１１ｄの上部を引剥用ガイドテープ１９ に沿って破断するものである。
【００１３】 なお、上述した垂直折曲線１４の終点１４ａの位置は、引剥用ガイドテープ１ ９の下端に略対応している。
【００１４】 次にこのような構成からなる本実施例の作用について説明する。
【００１５】 まず、図１に示すように、蓋体２１が開かれ、続いて内部に洗剤が充填された 密閉構造の箱型詰替容器１０が、外側容器２０内に収納される。この場合、引剥 爪１７の下端は、外側容器２０の上端２２に略対応した位置にくる。
【００１６】 次に引剥爪１７が引張られ、側面１１ａ，１１ｂ，１１ｃ，１１ｄの裏面に貼 着された引剥用ガイドテープ１９に沿って、側面１１ａ，１１ｂ，１１ｃ，１１ ｄの上部が破断され、箱詰容器１０が開封される。この場合、引剥用ガイドテー プ１９が側面１１ａ，１１ｂ，１１ｃ，１１ｄの上部を破断する際のガイド機能 を果たすとともに、プラスチック製外側容器２０の上端２２も側面１１ａ，１１ ｂ，１１ｃ，１１ｄの上部を破断する際のガイド機能を有する。
【００１７】 なお、側面１１ａ，１１ｂ，１１ｃ，１１ｄの破断部２５は帯状に発生し、こ の破断部２５の幅は引剥用ガイドテープ１９の幅に略対応している。
【００１８】 続いて、このように開封された箱型詰替容器１０内から、洗剤がスプーン等で すくい出されて使用される。箱型詰替容器１０内のすべての洗剤が消費された後 、箱型詰替容器１０が外側容器２０から取出される（図３）。
【００１９】 続いて箱型詰替容器１０の一対の側面１１ａ，１１ｂが、垂直折曲線１４に沿 って内側に折曲げられる。この場合、垂直折曲線１４の終点１４ａの位置は、引 剥用ガイドテープ１９の下端に略対応しているので、垂直折曲線１４は開封後の 箱型詰替容器１０の開封端２６まで延びている。このため、一対の側面１１ａ， １１ｂを垂直折曲線１４に沿って容易に折曲げることができる。同時に、一対の 側面１１ａ，１１ｂが傾斜折曲線１２ａ，１２ｂに沿って内側へ折曲げられると ともに、半域水平折曲線１６に沿って外側へ折曲げられる。また、側面１１ｄが 全域水平折曲線１８に沿って内側へ折曲げられ、このようにして箱型詰替容器１ ０がコンパクトに薄く折り畳まれる。
【００２０】 続いて、折り畳まれた箱型詰替容器１０は、廃棄される。
【００２１】 以上説明したように、本実施例によれば、内部に洗剤が充填された箱型詰替容 器１０を外側容器２０内に収納した後、引剥爪１７を引張って箱型詰替容器１０ を開封するので、従来のように開封した後に箱型詰替容器１０を外側容器２０内 に収納する場合に比較して洗剤のこぼれ落ちを最小に押さえることができる。ま た、外側容器２０の上端２２および引剥用ガイドテープ１９がガイド機能を果た すので、側面１１ａ，１１ｂ，１１ｃ，１１ｄの上部を容易かつ正確に破断して 開封することができる。さらに、使用後、箱型詰替容器１０を外側容器２０から 取出し、一対の側面１１ａ，１１ｂを垂直折曲線１４、傾斜折曲線１２ａ，１２ ｂ、および半域水平折曲線１６に沿って、また側面１１ｄを全域水平折曲線１８ に沿って折曲げることにより、コンパクトに折り畳んで廃棄することができる。

【考案の効果】
以上説明したように、本考案によれば、箱型詰替容器を外側容器内に収納した 後、引剥爪を引張って箱型詰替容器を開封するので、開封時のこぼれ落ちを最小 限に押さえることができる。また４つの側面の上部を引剥用ガイドテープに沿っ て破断し開封するので、、破断作業を容易かつ正確に行なうことができる。さら に使用後の箱型詰替容器を外側容器から取出して折曲げることにより、コンパク トに折畳んで廃棄することができる。また垂直折曲線は上線との間に所定間隔を おいているので、開封前においては上線まで延びている場合に比較して、強度を 保つことができる。

  1. 【請求項１】箱型状の外側容器内に収納される密閉状の
    箱型詰替容器において、対向する一対の側面の各々に、
    底縁両端から斜め上方に延び山形を形成する一対の傾斜
    折曲線と、前記山形の傾斜折曲線の頂点から上方へ延び
    る垂直折曲線を設け、前記各垂直折曲線を各側面の上縁
    との間に所定の間隔を置いた終点で終了させ、前記一対
    の側面に前記各頂点から他の対向する一対の側面のうち
    一方の側面に向って延びる半域水平折曲線を設け、前記
    一方の側面に前記各半域水平折曲線と連結する全域水平
    折曲線を設け、４つの側面のうちのいずれかの上部に外
    方へ突出する引剥爪を設け、前記４つの側面の裏面であ
    って前記引剥爪に対応する部分に引剥用ガイドテープを
    貼着したことを特徴とする箱型詰替容器。
  2. 【請求項２】前記引剥爪は、前記箱型詰替容器を前記外
    側容器内に収納した場合に、その下端が前記外側容器の
    上端に略一致するよう設けられていることを特徴とする
    請求項１記載の箱型詰替容器。
