Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 設計が単純で小型であるが、機械的負荷に耐
えうるような、コンタクタのケーシングと回路遮断器の
ケーシングを機械的に関連させる装置の提供。 【構成】 本装置は両側３１、３２から突出するピン３
４、３５の所で終端する相互接続導体３３と、夫々のケ
ーシング１１、２１への位置決め装着部材３６、３８、
４１とを備えている。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明はコンタクタを、二つの装
置を電気的に同時に相互接続する回路遮断器に機械的に
関連させるための装置に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】回路遮断器とコンタクタは共通のプレー
ト上に一般に装着され、そして電動機や他の低電圧電気
負荷のための「モータスタータ」と呼ばれる保護制御ユ
ニットを形成するように配線により相互に接続される。
このプレートは一般に平らな部材であって支持体に垂直
に固定され、回路遮断器とコンタクタを装着するため標
準化された成形部材を夫々含んでいる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】場合によってはこの保
護制御ユニットの製造を簡単にすることが望ましい。
【０００４】本発明の目的は電気負荷用のこの種の保護
制御ユニットにおいて、設計が単純であり小型であるが
機械的負荷に耐えうるようにする中間装置によりコンタ
クタを回路遮断器に固定することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明によれば、上記目
的は、この機械的関連装置が中間ベースプレートであ
り、これは、コンタクタと回路遮断器の同相の極を接続
するための導体であって、回路遮断器とコンタクタの夫
々の端子への直接電気接続用の第１ピンおよび第２ピン
を含み、これらピンが上記装置の両側から突出するよう
に構成された導体と、水平及び垂直の負荷に耐えるよう
に設計された回路遮断器とコンタクタの夫々のケーシン
グ上の第１及び第２位置決め装着部材とを含むことによ
って達成される。

【作用】好適には平らで回路遮断器のケーシングの下に
挿入されるこの関連装置は回路遮断器へのコンタクタの
所望の機械的固定を行うと同時に、これら二つの装置の
接続を簡単にする。

【実施例】図示の電気的負荷用の保護制御ユニットは回
路遮断器１０とコンタクタ２０と中間関連装置３０から
なる。
【０００８】回路遮断器１０はケーシング１１を含み、
このケーシング１１は操作及びディスプレイ用部材１２
と端子１３を前面に、またフック１４を背面に有する。
このフックは垂直のサポート１６に固定された穴あきプ
レートまたは規格化された輪郭部材のようなサポート１
５へ固定するためのものである。端子１３は隔壁１３ｃ
により分離された開口１３ｂを介して前面からアクセス
可能なねじ１３ａを含む。端子３はまたケーシングの水
平面１７に続く開口１３ｄを含む。
【０００９】コンタクタ２０はケーシング２１を有し、
このケーシングは前面に主端子２２と補助またはコイル
端子２７を、背面のベース部分２３にレールのような支
持体にそれを固定するための固定部２４と、回路遮断器
とは別にコンタクタを装着する場合に垂直支持体にそれ
を固定するためのねじ用の穴２５とを有する。主端子２
２は隔壁２２ｃにより分離された開口２２ｂを介して前
面からアクセスしうるねじ２２ａを含む。またこれらは
コンタクタのケーシングの水平面２６までの開口２２ｄ
を含む。
【００１０】中間関連装置３０はモールドされた一般に
平らなベースプレートであって、上面３１と下面３２を
有する。これはコンタクタ２０と回路遮断器１０の同相
の極どうしを相互に接続するための導体３３を含み、こ
の例では３個の極となっている。各導体３３はモールド
過程で中間関連装置３０に埋め込まれる中間部品を有
し、また、この部品に対して直角の２個の垂直ピン３４
および３５を有しており、これらピンは回路遮断器１０
の端子用及びコンタクタ２０の主端子用の開口１３ｄと
２２ｄに入り、固定されるようになっている。これらピ
ンは端子に固定されて２個の装置の機械的な固定を行
う。
【００１１】中間関連装置３０は回路遮断器１０１の水
平下面の開口３７に位置決め装着のための突起３６を含
む。これらの突起は水平方向すなわちサポート１６の垂
直面に直角な方向及び垂直方向の分離に対し接続を与え
るものであり、それらの力は例えばコンタクタの外部配
線時に生じる。開口３７は回路遮断器１０の端子１３の
開口１３ｂの部分でよい。
【００１２】中間ベースプレートの上面３１は回路遮断
器のケーシングの下部の領域にもたれ、あるいは入れ子
となり、あるいはスナップ固定する領域を含む。
【００１３】中間関連装置３０の下面３２はコンタクタ
２０のケーシングの上面２８、特に隔壁２２ｃ間の開口
２２ｄに入れ子となるラグ３８にもたれ、あるいは入れ
子となり、あるいはスナップ固定する領域、簡単な軸受
表面３９、肩部４０及びコンタクタ２０のベースに対し
背後から加えられてベースの現存するオリフィス２５に
入る２個の爪４１を含む。
【００１４】ピン３４、３５はオフセットされて異なる
ピッチ及び深さを持つ、コンタクタ２０と回路遮断器１
０の端子を許すようになっている。しかしながら、種々
の極についての導体３３は同一であり、中間関連装置の
製造を容易にしていることに注意されたい。これら導体
は装置３０の絶縁材料に埋め込まれることによって絶縁
される。上記位置決め装着部材はコンタクタ２０のケー
シング２１の背面２９を回路遮断器１０のケーシング１
１の背面の前にセットするようにしたものである。これ
はサポート１６にすでに固定されている任意の輪郭をも
つ部材についてギャップ４２を与える。
【００１５】回路遮断器１０が配線され、あるいは作動
されるとき、それに加わる力はサポート１５に直接伝達
される。特に配線時にコンタクタ２０に加わる力は上記
の入れ子または装着部材により中間関連装置３０と回路
遮断器１０のケーシング１１とを介してサポート１５に
伝わる。

Claims (5)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】コンタクタ（２０）と回路遮断器（１０）
    を機械的に関連させる装置であって、この装置は、 コンタクタ（２０）と回路遮断器（１０）の同相の極を
    接続するための導体（３３）であって、回路遮断器とコ
    ンタクタの夫々の端子（１３），（２２）への直接電気
    接続用の第１ピン（３４）および第２ピン（３５）を含
    み、これらピンが上記装置の両側（３１，３２）から突
    出している導体（３３）と、 水平及び垂直の負荷に耐えるように設計された回路遮断
    器とコンタクタの夫々のケーシング（１１，１２）上の
    第１位置決め装着部材（３６）及び第２位置決め装着部
    材（３８〜４１４）とを含む中間ベースプレートである
    ことを特徴とする装置。
  2. 【請求項２】ほぼ平らであり、前記回路遮断器のケーシ
    ングの下面（１７）とコンタクタのケーシングの上面
    （２８）の間に挿入されるものであることを特徴とする
    請求項１の装置。
  3. 【請求項３】前記第２位置決め装着部材（３８〜４１）
    はコンタクタのケーシング（２１）のベースの背部のオ
    リフィス（２５）と関連作用する少なくとも１個の爪
    （４１）を含むことを特徴とする請求項２の装置。
  4. 【請求項４】前記位置決め装着部材はコンタクタのケー
    シングの背面（２９）を回路遮断器のケーシングの背面
    に対し前にセットするように構成されていることを特徴
    とする請求項１ないし３のいずれかに記載の装置。
  5. 【請求項５】前記位置決め装着部材は回路遮断器とコン
    タクタの端子の開口（１３ｄ，２２ｄ）に入れ子となる
    ように構成された部材（３６，３８）を含むことを特徴
    とする請求項１ないし４のいずれかに記載の装置。
