Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- (1)予備選別されたプラスチックのゴミが第一段階で粉砕され、混合され、溶 融され、均質化され、そして最終的に射出装置及び成形装置に供給される様な、 プラスチックをリサイクリングするための方法において、そのようにして得られ た未処理品が第一段階に引き続いて混練機内で更に処理され、直接温度調節され た貯蔵室(12)に供給され、中間的に貯蔵され、最終的に射出装置(13)及 び成形装置に供給されることを特徴とする方法。
- (2)未処理品が、中間貯蔵する場合に著しい過圧を受けることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- (3)未処理品が、中間貯蔵する場合にガス抜きされることを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の方法。
- (4)請求の範囲第1項から第3項のうちの1項による方法を実施するための装 置において、粉砕、混合、溶融及び均質化のために混練機を有するコンパウンド 装置(10)が、中間貯蔵するために温度調節された貯蔵室(12)乃至は緩衝 貯蔵器が、そして材料の成形のために射出装置(13)及び成形装置が設けられ ていることを特徴とする装置。
- (5)コンパウンド装置(10)にはガス抜き装置が設けられていることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第5項〜第7項のうちの1項に記載の装置。
- (6)貯蔵室(12)が、コンパウンド装置(10)内で混練された物質の自由 落下のための温度調節されたシャフトとして形成されていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第4項又は第5項に記載の装置。
- (7)貯蔵量(10)及び/又は偏向器(11)にはガス抜き装置が設けられて いることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項〜第6項のうちの1項に記載の装置。
- (8)貯蔵室(12)には強制送りのためのピストンが装備されていることを特 徴とする請求の範囲第5項〜第13項のうちの1項に記載の装置。
