Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 生鮮物等を入れた通気性の袋又は箱が、自体
脱酸素能を有するか又は二次的に脱酸素能を与え
られていることを特徴とする生鮮物等の包装体。 ２ 通気性の袋又は箱が自体脱酸素能を有する請
求項１記載の包装体。 ３ シート状の脱酸素材が、通気性の袋又は箱内
に収容されている請求項１記載の包装体。 ４ 袋入りの脱酸素材が、脱酸素剤を通気性の袋
内に収容したものである請求項１記載の包装体。 ５ 脱酸素材が、不飽和有機酸と微粒状の重金属
からなる組成物を多孔質の担体に担持させたもの
である請求項１から４のいづれかに記載の包装体
。 ６ 不飽和有機酸が、アスコルビン酸又はその塩
及びイソアスコルビン酸又はその塩からなる群か
ら選択されたものである請求項５記載の包装体。 ７ 重金属が、微粒状の鉄である請求項５記載の
包装体。
