Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 化合物半導体合成のための材料の少なくとも一
つの材料を気相で供給し、材料を反応温度に保持
された高温度領域を通過させて化合物半導体を合
成するための装置において、 第１の材料を保持する内容器と、第２の材料及
び前記内容器を収納する外容器と、前記内容器の
壁面と外容器の壁面との間に間隙を形成する間隙
形成部材とを備え、 前記内容器と外容器との接触部である前記間隙
形成部材が高温度領域を避けて設けられて高温度
領域では内容器と外容器との間に十分な空間が形
成され、かつ内容器の最高温度領域部分に放熱部
が設けられていることを特徴とする化合物半導体
製造装置。
