Claims (1)
- プラズマ生成容器内にフイラメントを有し、両
者間の放電によつて、プラズマ生成容器内に導入
されたイオン種のガスを電離させてそこからイオ
ンを引き出す構成のイオン源において、前記ガス
の導入経路の途中に、当該ガスを予熱する予熱手
段を設けたことを特徴とするイオン源。
