Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 略円柱状をなす工具本体の外周部に、先端
    から基端側へ向けて複数の溝部が形成され、これ
    ら溝部の回転方向を向く壁部に、高硬度焼結体と
    超高硬度焼結体とを積層してなる切刃チツプが、
    その切刃を工具外周側へ向けた状態でろう付け接
    合されてなるエンドミルにおいて、 上記各溝部を、上記工具本体の軸線回りに捩れ
    角５°〜４５°で捩れる捩れ溝状に形成し、これ
    ら溝部のうち少なくとも一の主溝部の回転方向を
    向く壁部に、複数枚の上記切刃チツプを、当該主
    溝部の捩れ方向に沿つて間隔をあけてろう付け接
    合し、上記溝部のうち残る副溝部に、上記切刃チ
    ツプを、その切刃の回転軌跡の両端部が上記主溝
    部に装着された切刃チツプの切刃の回転軌跡と重
    なり合うようにろう付け接合したことを特徴とす
    るエンドミル。 (2) 請求項１記載のエンドミルにおいて、上記
    切刃チツプの切刃と外周逃げ面との間に、該切刃
    の回転軌跡に沿つて湾曲するマージン部を形成し
    、このマージン部の幅を０．０５mm以下に設定し
    たことを特徴とするエンドミル。
