Claims (1)
- 試料上を電子線で二次元的に走査し、該走査に
伴つて試料より得られる情報信号を検出し、この
検出信号を表示装置に導入して該試料の像を表示
する装置において、前記試料を収容する試料室内
に前記試料の光学像を観察するための２つの光学
顕微鏡を前記電子線光軸を挾んで対称に設置した
ことを特徴とする走査電子顕微鏡。
