ン配線、５はフイールド酸化膜、６は基板、７は
トランジスタ、８はバスラインを示す。なお、図
中、同一符号は同一、または相当部分を示す。

導体集積回路に於いて、前記共通母線を構成する
メタル配線と、シリコンウエハとの間にフイール
ド酸化膜を含む層間膜が備えられていることを特
徴とする半導体集積回路。
