４…絶縁層、５…電極層、６…電極層。

リンタ用発光ダイオードにおいて、 化合物半導体の表面の発光領域から離隔された
部分において、その表面に直接設けられた電極層
とその電極層の周辺に設けられた単一層の絶縁層
とを具備したことを特徴とする光プリンタ用発光
ダイオード。
