【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明は角質繊維染色組底物、更に詳細には、長期間安
定に保存でき、しかも用時これを用いて角質繊維染色用
染料組或物（以下、「染料組或物」ということがある）
を調製することができる角質繊維染色用染料濃厚液（以
下、「染料濃厚液」ということがある）、およびこれを
含有する染料組或物に関する。

子中に２個以上のアミノ基を有する、トルエン−２．５
−ジアミン、バラフェニレンジアミン、メタフェニレン
ジアミン等は空気中の酸素により極めて容易に酸化され
る不安定な化合物であるため、保存中に純度が低下した
り、外観が黒変又はタール状に変化して原料として使用
できなくなるという問題点があった。

従来、これらの酸化染料の安定性を向上させるために、
上記化合物を硫酸塩、塩酸塩等の塩の形で使用すること
が行われている。しかしながら、通常、酸化染毛剤は中
性ないしアルカリ性で使用されるため、これら塩の形の
染朝を使用すると、染料組或物中に塩基性物質を加え中
和する必要があり、しかもこの中和によって多量の塩が
生威し、これが他の或分（染料、油或分等）の溶解性を
低下させ、乳化安定性を低下させるため、その処方上に
大きな制約があった。
上記化合物を硫酸塩、塩酸塩等の塩の形で使用すること
が行われている。しかしながら、通常、酸化染毛剤は中
性ないしアルカリ性で使用されるため、これら塩の形の
染朝を使用すると、染料組或物中に塩基性物質を加え中
和する必要があり、しかもこの中和によって多量の塩が
生威し、これが他の或分（染料、油或分等）の溶解性を

大きな制約があった。
従って、当該染料を塩の形でなく、すなわち脱塩型でそ
の安定性を向上させることが望まれていた。一方、当該
染料を濃厚液として用意しておき、用時これを用いて簡
単な操作で染料組或物を調製できれば極めて便利である
が、当該染料は上述の如く不安定なため、斯かる濃厚液
の調製は予想すらできなかった。

すなわち、本発明は、次の或分（Ａ） 、（Ｂ）及び（
Ｃ） （Ａ）分子中に２個以上のアミン基を有する脱塩型の酸
化重合性染料を１０重量％以上、 （８）無機又は有機の還元剤を０．５重量％以上、（Ｃ
）水又は有機溶剤、 を含有することを特徴とする角貿織維染色用染料濃厚液
を提供するものである。

本発明の染料濃厚液は、上記成分（八）〜（Ｃ）を混合
して溶液ないしペースト状にすることによって調製され
る。さらにこの染料濃厚液から染料組或物を調製する際
、通常の染料組戒物に加えられる増粘剤、紫外線吸収剤
、酸化防止剤、防腐剤、パール剤、安定剤、可溶化剤、
浸透剤、乳化剤、湿潤剤、色素、香料、ワセリン、流動
バラフィン、エステル油、アルコール、多価アルコール
、脂肪酸等を適宜添加配合することができる。

叙上の如く、本発明の染料濃厚液は長期保存しても安定
であり、用時これを用いて処方上の制約を受けることな
く簡単に染料組戊物を調製することができる。しかも染
料濃厚液は液状またはペースト状であるので染料が飛散
して作業者を汚染することもなく安全である。

次に実施例を挙げて説明するが、本発明はこれらの実施
例に制限されるものではない。

実施例１
第１表に示す組戊の染料濃厚液を保存し、経口での染料
濃度及び外観の変化を調べた。また、染料濃度液を次の
クリーム状染毛剤１剤ベースに配合して得た染料組底物
（製品）の安定性を調べた。

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 次の成分（Ａ）、（Ｂ）及び（Ｃ） （Ａ）分子中に２個以上のアミノ基を有する脱塩型の酸
化重合性染料を１０重量％以上、 （Ｂ）無機又は有機の還元剤を０．５重量％以上、（Ｃ
）水又は有機溶剤、 を含有することを特徴とする角質繊維染色用染料濃厚液
。 ２（Ｂ）成分の還元剤が、亜硫酸塩、亜硫酸水素塩、ア
スコルビン酸もしくはその塩、エリソルビン酸、チオグ
リコール酸もしくはその塩及びシステイン誘導体よりな
る群から選ばれるものである請求項１記載の角質繊維染
色用染料濃厚液。 ３ 請求項１又は２記載の角質繊維染色用染料濃厚液を
含有することを特徴とする角質繊維染色用染料組成物。
