- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 共通の半導体基体上にフツトダイオードと他の
回路素子を有する半導体集積回路において、 上記半導体基体が第１導電型の高比抵抗半導体
層より成る第１の半導体とこれの上に形成され上
記第１の半導体層より低比抵抗の第１の導電型半
導体層よりなる第２の半導体層とを有し、 上記フオトダイオードの第２導電型領域が上記
第２の半導体層をその厚さ方向に横切る深さをも
つて形成されてなる半導体集積回路。
