Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ベースと; 上記ベースに設置され、除去可能な誤記録防止
    片が具備されたテープカセツトを安着させてその
    テープを移送させるように回転駆動されるリール
    デイスクと; 上記リールデイスクの回転状態を感知してその
    回転駆動を制御するための制御信号を出力するリ
    ール回転状態感知手段と: 上記テープカセツトの誤記録防止片と相接する
    ように弾性バイアスされる検出部と、この検出部
    に連動されて上記リール回転感知手段に一時的に
    感知されるように移動するシヤツター部を有し、
    上記ベースに回動可能に設置された検出部材とを
    具備して、 上記シヤツター部によつて出力された上記リー
    ル回転手段の検出信号をもつて記録モードの可能
    可否が判断されるように構成されたことを特徴と
    するテープレコーダの誤記録防止装置。 (2) 上記リール回転感知手段が上記リールデイ
    スクの底面に光を照射するための発光部及びその
    光が反射されるのを感知するための受光部を具備
    する光センサーと; 上記リールデイスクと一緒に回転されるようそ
    の底面に付着され、上記発光部の光を反射させる
    ための複数の光反射部及びその光を吸収するため
    の複数の光吸収部が放射状に形成されている反射
    器とで構成され、 上記検出部材のシヤツター部が上記発光部の光
    を中間で遮断させるため上記光センサーと上記反
    射器の間を通過されるように設置され、その光を
    遮断するときその光を反射させるための反射部及
    びその光を吸収させるための吸収部が長さ方向に
    半分ずつ形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項
    第1項記載のテープレコーダーの誤記録防止装置
